Big disappointment
Failed to monitor price change and upgrade promo on our Oceania cruise.
We made final payment 14 days before final payment date, since our agent Janet Kolankoas is going on a vacation.
We ended up finding the promo ourselves after making the final payment, but too late to take advantage of the upgrade promo.
When we want to complain, the owner Christine Macdougall never emailed and called us back as promised.

I have been working with Marie-Noelle for the last few years and she has been excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable and quick to reply to all my emails and questions. She is also very familiar with the TD rewards/points program.

Our cruise agent Janet Kolanko is always very helpful and and responsive to our questions and concerns. She has great information, ideas and knowledge of each cruise ship company and understands our wishes. I would not hesitate to recommend her to my connections.
