Staff is rude and incompetent. Instead of answering the phone with manners and professionalism they failed to talk customer patiently. Even cut the conversation and cut the line off. I was dumbfounded. Their customer service used to be OK. Sadly not anymore.

Oh, I totally get it! This clinic has a super long wait time and the staff can be a bit careless. It's not the best, to be honest. But hey, Dr Michelle Ong was actually pretty nice! Just not my top recommendation, you know? No hate intended!

The WORST clinic EVER! booked appointment and the clinic is closed! Closed on a normal Thursday morning without notifying patients!

Phone calls are switched btw people several times without telling they are switching. Rushed and impolite! 1 star is way too much!

I have been going to Dr Michelle Ong for more than 15 years. In that time she has accurately identified my medical conditions and provided excellent ongoing care. She actively encourages feedback from patients with a box prominently displayed on the reception desk.
I have always found her thorough examinations in search of answers to any medical problems reassuring. I know I am in good hands.
I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Ong to anyone. You can be assured that she will listen to your concerns and do everything she can to find the cause of your problems. What she cannot deal with personally, she will direct you to specialists and stay on top of what treatment is required.

Dr Ong may be very busy with a longer than usual wait time, but when my partner had a heart condition she picked up on it straight away regardless of how faint it was. Dr Ong is an exceptional doctor and is basically an encyclopaedia of medicine.... Worth the wait!!

Omg, this is the lowest efficiency clinic I've ever seen or experienced before. The unprofessional process will make everything so so slow, you have to wait more than one hour to just talk to doctor, and only one doctor is on duty. And they put people who came late to see doctor first. I am like what’s happening? I am the one who is coming earlier than her, and you put her in front of me, that’s really unprofessional. Never ever come here again!

Dr Michelle Ong is one of the few medical practitioners I have liked in my over 40 years. She is knowledgeable and is somebody I would unhesitatingly refer to as an autism-friendly doctor, for me, anyway.
I would rather wait beyond my appointment time for a doctor I am comfortable with than be forced to see a doctor I am not comfortable with just to save time, as I have had that experience in my youth.
What I say to those complaining about supposedly not getting enough time is this, I have never felt rushed with Dr Ong, and, that sometimes doctors have to limit the number of problems they can deal with in one appointment because a person makes a standard appointment but then comes in with a list of things they want to talk about, that if the doctor was to address each and every item, the appointment would last an hour and a half. If you have multiple issues, by all means, make a list but ask for a longer appointment.
