I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food tasted bad, and the service was even worse. We ordered pork intestine with hot pepper, but it was served cold. Despite asking them to cook it longer, they served the same cold dish again.
The steamed xiaolong Bao had a thick skin, similar to dumplings.
The hot and sour soup was just alright.
Unfortunately, the pan-fried leek pancake didn't have a pleasant smell or taste.
Comparatively, the one in Thornhill tastes much better.

The food was fantastic. Their Sweet and Sour Crispy Pork (F5; $16.99) and Sautéed Eggplant on Sizzling Hot Plate (L5; $18.99) were amazing!! Highly recommended!

This is a great place for dumplings and other northern Chinese food. Food is generally pretty good. I never had anything that was bad. Service is good, no complaints. Prices are decent.
When I went this time, the meat sauce noodles (zha Jiang Mian) was kind of dry and clumpy. This was not the case in the past, so I hope it's an isolated issue.

What a great time at The Dumpling King. I was impressed by the customer service and efficiency here. Pricing was reasonable and the menu offered a wide range of dishes which was very nice. The large venue size made the experience very enjoyable because I usually find it very crowded at other dumpling restaurants, but this place was spacious and tables were good size to hold all the dishes we ordered.
A spacious dumpling restaurant with lots of seating and decently busy when we went on a week night at 8ish. Lots of choices, mainly pork (which we don’t have) but we had their leek/egg/dried shrimp dumplings, which was good and their kung pao shrimp, which had a little of spice to it and was also good too. Service was fast and has relative amount of parking space available as well.
Wow. This was an incredible dining experience! Personally, it was my first time at a restaurant that specializes in dumplings so I was blown away at both the quality of our order & the speed in which it was delivered. We ordered an array of dumplings, but my favourite were the crispy pan fried cabbage & pork dumplings. I left feeling so full & the price was right! 🥟 I will definitely be returning! 5 Stars ⭐️
Pork slices appetizer is very good. Sauce is mildly hot and sweet. Beans with pork has a mild spicyness with lots of herb flavor and not too oily.
Noodles have good texture and tastes very balanced and good flavor. Beansprout is crunchy. Not soggy. Good dish. Large portion too.
