Pars Nik Hotel

The single worst hotel I’ve ever been to.
Rude staff, not helpful at all , confused staff ( they knocked on my door at 2 am for 3 load times , and then I finally answered the door to only see a guy bringing me a plate with.a knofe that I didn’t ask for !!!)
If you wanna throw your money away and have rude staff being not helpful to you go here.

Great accommodation, clean rooms, nice staff...everything was exactly the way it should be there. This hotel will undoubtedly be my next trip choice again; Because nothing matters more then relaxation in such great environment.❤❤❤

The worst hotel have every stayed. If the owners of the hotel do not do anything about the building and infrastructure of the hotel it will be ruined completely in a few years. Do not be fooled by the pictures,exterior and the lobby. Go and have a direct look at rooms before wasting your money and ruining your holiday. If you expect a bed and breakfast type accommodation and you do not care about toilet, carpet, doors, view, insects of the rooms and everything else then you can choose this place to stay otherwise you will lose your money.

حشرات کوچک شبیه سوسکتونم یه طرف دیگه داستان. کی به شما ستاره داده اصلا؟ به هیچ وجه توصیه نمیشه به کسی مگر اینکه بخواین با سوسکها بخوابین

Without a doubt the worst hotel room I have stayed in. $120 aud per night. At first glance the room was big but that's all that the room had going for it. On first day noticed all of the bedding hadn't been changed and was told there was a cleaning fee if we wanted clean sheets! Someone cut a hole in 1 of the bedroom walls and tried to patch it up by throwing plaster at it, a must see for at least some comic relief after the rest of what a dive this place is. The water went out about 2 hours after checking in and was off for about 5 hours so couldn't have a shower or freshen up, use the toilet or have a drink. Hotel staff refused to provide drinking water at least until the problem was resolved and I had a small baby so it was a major disturbance. All up the water was off 3 times in our 3 day stay and the electricity once. It felt very close to flea infested as the place hadn't had a good clean in a long time as the hotel charged people money ontop of what they already charged to clean. It was quiet at least. They had no facilities for baby so she ended up sleeping on a sheet on the floor. If I had more money I would have gone elsewhere but the accommodation was given as a gift. The breakfast was the only acceptable part of the whole experience. They need to focus on fixing their rooms before fixing the exterior of the building, an absolute disgrace of a hotel.

A hopeless venue. Though the rooms are somewhat ok however hotel amenities are in a bad shape. A very old building with some make over to fool people. Breakfast was a disaster as there was hardly any variety and whatever stuff was there, it was not replenished even when there was ample time before finish. Staff doesn't know a single word in English hence a lot of communication barrier...

first night I had to change the room because the first room was terribly dirty, even the blankets had stains.
the second room, VIP room, was terrible too. three lights were broken and they didn't have sparez to change.
very poor service and unprofessional staff ...
I don't recommend Pars Nik hotel unless you want to ruin your vacation.
