The hotel was four stars. But it's good for friends. The time for breakfast was short and he could have stayed longer. It is better if you choose simpler dishes for lunch. The quality is not that great. Of course, you won't find a good restaurant in Kish. The room was clean. Comfortable and the hostesses were polite. They were from the Sorint hotel complex
Location: close to the city centre. Actually the island is quite small. This hotel is being sorrounded by greeneries & bougenville. Which makes is pleasant.
Room: spacious and clean. Towels, basic toiletries, slippers, water boiler, mini bar, reading lamps, hairdryer, safe box, comfortable mattress & linen are provided. Enough mirrors every where.
Although our rooms didn't really have a window to open to have fresh air. After showers, there were humidity all over the place. I can imagine in the summer it will be not easy to handle. But ask for a room with operating windows.
Breakfast: hmm... It's buffet. I personally am not fan of a buffet breakfast as it's not easy to keep it fresh, this hotel is not exceptional on this. It's varied. But I didn't enjoy the quality or freshness. You should actually consider me a picky one on this item.
Staff: the staff of the restro and cafe are lovely and helpful. Especially the guy at the café.
Tour services & photography station: just use the fully free ones. Not a qualitative item to invest money on.
Before arrival I called them reminding for a twin bed. Eventually our room was double. We were ok, but the guy at the reception could basically not handle the situation. So make sure you brief them clearly before arrival.
Internet: I had to work remotely. It was a good internet at the lobby. Also in our room actually. Although it had breaks, so think of another option if you have an important online meeting.
Overall: we liked the hotel spaces. We recommend.
Prices: Kish is a pricey island overall. I ordered an Americano for 47,000 Toman. Compare to Tehran prices, it's high. But everything is much more expensive in the island compare to Tehran.

one of the best hotels in Kish Island. its 4 star hotel but its service is better than 5 star hotels. also it has good atmosphere and crews respecting is great.
Unfriendly receptionist who negatively surprised us at the time of check-in. I asked her a room with a bathtub and a good view. What was her answer?? Our bathtubs are too small and uncomfortable and there is no good view from any of our hotel rooms!!

When I rnterwd room, the dark and cold atmosphere of the room was the second smash and the last disappointing fact was the filthy bathroom. Dirty cannot express my feeling about the bathroom.
I will upload some photos. The breakfast was so weak and repetitive. No coffee. Yes NO coffee and just tea was served. With sugary watery liquid they called it fruit juice.
Booking this hotel was a total failure and because I had paid for it in advance, I could do nothing about it!
If you have been to a 3star hotels somewhere else, know that rhis hotel is below standards of the other 3star hotels although it is 4star

I've stayed in Sadaf hotel for 3 nights with my wife.
It was my second time in Kish and it is among cheapest 4 star hotels although it is really a 4 star hotel.
Rooms are clean and the bath room too. Although they can make renew their bath rooms.

Considering the low prices, everything was good. Both Iranian and regular toilets were installed in rooms, there was more than enough space inside rooms, staff were respectful and kind, air conditioning worked well, cleanliness was in order. Overall I'd give it 4.5 stars!
A wonderful resort with great staff. Rooms are highly clean and cozy in a memorable way. You'll be close to almost everything including the malls, the beaches, cafes and more. The food in limited to Iranians dishes but very well cooked and delicious 😋 I loved this place especially the kindness and awareness of the staff.
