Parmigiana chicken was average at best. Cold pizza as entree was great. Sad they don't offer traditional pizza as main.

Food was absolutely wonderful and authentic Italian. Our waiter was funny and engaging. The owner came to our table and interacted with us. All around great evening.

Always so happy to come to Gallo Nero! We have many family events here and we are always so pleased with the service, and the food is divine. Everyone makes you feel at home. Thank you!

Thoroughly enjoyed my first experience here. I will certainly return. Very big compliments to a very friendly, professional and efficient staff. My only disappointment, the veal special was on the salty side. However, the salad and dessert were divine. Alla prossima Volta!:)

I'll start with the pros.
Good food, polite and friendly staff, and the single person washrooms are clean with modern touchless soap and paper dispensers. There's live music but with a catch.
Which brings me to my cons. The live music is incredibly loud. You're not gonna be able to have a casual conversation here without having to yell. But if you're a lively person and live for that, you may not mind. The service, albeit professional and courteous, was quite slow. But they were a full house when we went. And even at that, the food didn't seem to suffer.
We'd be more than happy to come back and try something new on the menu.
Prices for pasta are between $20-$25

Excellent food and service. We were treated like a family. They have a live one man band which is very cool. Lots of parking right in front if you get there before 7. The area gets really busy later in the day. Specially on weekends. Will go there again.
