Tldr - my fiance and I love living here and honestly recommend it to our friends.

My fiance and I have been living here since Aug 2021 (first with an additional roommate but now just us). When I was finding possible places to live, I remember coming to read the reviews here and was originally apprehensive. On paper everything sounded wonderful: affordable rent, quiet location, enough bedrooms, etc; but the reviews had me second guessing. I'm so happy I didn't let that turn me away because our experience here has been amazing.

The property management staff is incredibly kind. Oki walked us through our lease in its entirety, answered our questions earnestly, and has continued to be open and honest about everything since. Maintenance has always been timely and quality (even with the recent personnel change!). Honestly, the entire team is just top tier amazing.

If you're looking for a quiet, well-maintained place to call home, I sincerely recommend Belmont.

I echo with other reviewers here. When I called about the apartment's availability, the person who answered was rude, didn't bother to provide all the requested information, and abruptly hung up while I was speaking.

Shout out to Cory at Belmont Place he is a very professional and kindhearted property manager who does a thorough job of ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for the community. My girlfriend lived here for 2 years and both the unit and property maintenance were consistent. The management is great, and
Cory in particular goes above and beyond to serve the Belmont place community in many different ways. He is quick to respond to work calls and he makes a concerted effort to patrol the property in the evenings to keep it safe. There are many families who seemed happy here during my girlfriend’s tenancy. Belmont has a nice pool and offers a small private exercise room along with a comfortable lounge in the cabana with a grill. Not a bad place to live by any means and highly recommend for the price range, especially in Bellevue. Very close to downtown plus an abundance of shopping right next door.

Please stay away from the manager and not the apartment. I just called to simply enquire about availabiltiy and I have never seen a rude manager speaking so badly when asked about current availability. I am 100% sure that this place will keep losing future tenants until that particular guy is the one a potential tenant speaks to.

Have never seen a more obnoxious and rude manager when asked him about apartment availability. This place will keep losing potential customers until that manager is their first point of contact.

Moved in here a few months ago and I wanted to wait for awhile before I gave a review. Living at Belmont Place has been such an enjoyable experience. The leasing and maintenance staff are some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. The property manager is always onsite and available 6 days a week. The Maintenance manager is a gem and will do whatever he can do to make tenants happy and comfortable. A few examples are that I wanted and requested some changes done in my unit. Most properties would flat out decline make any changes to unit but Belmont Place goal is to make their tenants comfortable and happy which is why there are some tenants that have been here for 20+ years.

This is an older complex which means there will be some outdated styles and features. But the units do come with updated heating and wiring, adjustable lighting and temp, ceiling fans in multiple rooms, washer and dryers in unit, and double paned windows!!!!! For a place in Bellevue that is under 2k that is awesome. Also this complex is next to a main street but the way it was structured keeps most of the units away from all the traffic noises.

Pro -
- Friendly and lenient Property manager.
- Awesome maintenance staff with quick turnaround time..
- Well built units.
- Property is willing to make changes as best as they can to make you happy.
- Quite and friendly community
- well maintained gardening
- close to everything, easy access to highways and to downtown Bellevue, Redmond, Issaquah, and Seattle.
- Plenty of awesome shops and restaurants to visit.
- Next to a main street.
- Sound is well insulated when windows are closed.
- Quite community

Cons -
- Second floor units don't have any balconies/patios
- no A/C- which is understandable, most places built pre-2016 don't have a/c
- Some unit's carpets are outdated.
