The deep water pool was closed for long periods of time for kids learning to swim. This is not a swimming school. This is a club for adults. I decided to quit this club.

It’s a very unpleasant and disappointing experience with aquatic center.
1. I purchased 1on1 private 4-course package and made reservations through the call. I arrived 15 minutes earlier for the first class, but no one gave me a clear direction to get ready and meet instructor. So I had to ask so many people, walking around all over the pool and finally got someone found my instructor. And I was late for 3 minutes.
2. There is no notification, no reminding through text, or email. No Information about who would be your instructor, how to contact them. You don’t know what to prepare for the class.
3. For non-member, you can only book till 3pm, weekday only. So I always need to take time off from work to join class.
4. Maybe this is a summer vacation time. The pool is super crowded with tons of kids taking class with you. Even I bought a 1on1 private class.
4. The instructor is inexperienced to answer questions. And this is my guess, they hired students as a short term employee since my instructor went back to school after 2 classes.

Although there are four pools at Pro Club, you’ll be unable to get swim practice time for your kids if they want to swim laps. The deep pool is blocked for swim team on weekday afternoons and evenings. And the club blocks it for paid private or group lessons on weekends. Apparently your membership dues aren’t enough to get you swim time.
The training pool is 2 feet deep designed for babies. The family pool has kids playing in it. The lap pool is only for people over 16 since the club doesn’t want to spring for a lifeguard there.
The managers don’t respond to any concerns.

PRO club has the BEST instructors in the area! They offer swim lessons for all ages, including beginner adults like myself. They also have pools that are always available for open family swim and adult-only lap swimming which is great for practicing or exercise. I always recommend them to my friends with children who need swimming lessons or camps.
