Two of us for dinner last Wednesday. Enjoyed it thoroughly. Service friendly, food promptly delivered. We have always loved the ambiance of this place. Under new ownership since February. Some real Japanese staff. Robot has been retired.

I feel bad for the staff. Their service are good but the foods is not up to the standard with that price tag. Food waiting time is like 1 hour. If you are hungry, please think twice.

We came to dine in for a birthday dinner and had ordered food 2 hours prior booking starting at 6:30 - by the time they had closed at 8:30 we were still waiting on 4 dishes. The first dish came out 1 hour after ordering and portions were disappointing for the price paid and definitely not worth it. There was no communication or apologies from staff as tables waited for over two hours for the smallest portions of food. It’s currently 20 minutes past close and we still haven’t gotten our full order.

We had a great dining experience. Our family really enjoyed trying out their new menu. Food came out in a timely manner, attentive staff, flavour was on point and one of the most authentic Japanese food we’ve had in a while. We will definitely be back!

Staff were attentive and friendly, the timing of the dishes brought to the table was odd, several minutes elapsing between each, the rice came out with the veggie dumplings, and they kindly brought us another serving of rice each (complimentary ) to accompany the fish, last dish served.
The food was tasty, although we didn't think much of the fish, too salty. As were the fries with seaweed.
Expensive for what you get. Popular the night we went.

We went here for Valentin’s dinner. Parking a bit hard to find so we called the shop and they actually provide garage parking for customer.

The food was nice and fresh. The Jumbo sashimi was one of the best. Also the beef tataki was nice and well seasoned.

They were 2 dishes that we wasn’t 100% like were tempura oyster and Japanese Pancake. Maybe as we not a fry stuff person but we found that that dishes was a bit salty and oily.

Staff were nice and offered us a remake but still comeback with salty.

Next time we will just stick with fresh seafood and other dishes than deep fried.

Highly recommended

Haven’t been to this place in a very very long time. Got to say the food is much better now then it was before so may need to visit this place more often. I would rate this place a 4 1/2 ⭐️

The portions are pretty decent especially the sushi, it’s huge. Couldn’t fault the food as what we ordered they were all tasty and looked delicious. Even the robot cat server is awesome and adds a Japanese futuristic touch to the Japanese arts 🎭 around the place. I think getting served by the robot cat server is as memorable as the food 🥘
