This location has a Great selection, Friendly and personable employees. I've been here many times will keep going back. 1st choice of MK locations.

My son wanted to get a pair of sneakers from Michael kors he saw on line. We went to this location on a Saturday morning 4/20/24. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Joan, she was all smiles and very welcoming. The way she listened to what my son wanted and the look he was going for, she made it happen. Joan made sure the shoe fit perfectly and gave him a few options. She also helped him with a watch he plans on getting next week. Thank you for such excellent customer service. We will be back to get that watch.

Amazing customer service from Stephanie and the other staff! She was super helpful and informative. Even was able to communicate in two languages to make the experience seamless! Will be returning to purchase again!

Good morning.. I would like to tell you about the experience I had at the Westfield mall in Paramus NJ location. Your staff at the register was so rude and nasty and inappropriate.. the guy seem to have an attitude about us returning a gift that didn't hit my sister in-law. We can in planing to just pick up a all black shoe that she would like but because of how uncomfortable the staff made me feel I left and will not be returning. I am hoping the stuff learns to treat everyone customer with the same respect. Because the people before and and as after me got way better service.. hopefully this get to someone how can talk to them about treating stuff better.

This store is just horrible. Low quality garbage and the employees act like they work at Gucci or LV. Customer service is non existent. MK is literally sold at Marshall’s for cheaper. Don’t pay full price on this garbage.

I love going to this location even though I'm from the Bronx because I met a wonderful salesperson named Lillian who is the nicest woman I've ever delt with in any store. She's actually more like my own personal shopper who goes the extra mile to help me. I think her supervisor needs to know this so I'm going to call them tomorrow to make sure they know how lucky they are to have her working for them. She should get a raise or something to be recognized for all her hard work.

EDIT2: Wanted to provide one more edit to add another star as all the subsequent visits and discussion after the first few incidents have been great. The courtesy shown to me and my wife who made the final visit to resolve the issue matches what we expected from a brand like Michael Kors. The original point of contentions was the lack of courtesy and the amount of unwelcome that was felt with the whole transaction. However, subsequent visits and discussions have been much better.
EDIT: Spoke to someone at the store in person who was clearly more attentive and understanding of my situation. While the situation was unresolvable at their level, they made a much larger effort to listen to me and respond to my concerns with courtesy. When we go back to the store, we will make every effort to ensure that we work with this associate for any future purchases. Based on others reviews, it is possible I was just unlucky with my timing, but sometimes that one experience can be enough to leave real sour taste.
On a side note, for online purchases that are ou ever returned to a store, online customer service can no longer help you resolve any issues and you will have to work with the store that accepted the return.

I had a bit of a complex return situation with an online order. I am currently working with online customer service to see if I can get this issue resolved. There's a possible price adjustment request involved.
However, that's not why I am leaving the 1-star review. I am a reasonable consumer and because my wife had worked in retails, I try not to leave unfriendly reviews unless it is warranted. However, the level of unwelcome that I felt during my first visit to process the return and the clear annoyance from the associate that I spoke to during a follow-up call to the store made me feel that this feedback was warranted. Even if I am not a sales customer who will add to the stores revenue, at the very least, as a representative of the brand, the associates should treat me with common courtesy without.
In contrast, the online customer service team has definitely shown me more courtesy than the store associates so far.
