This place is a real let down.. what kitchen closes down at lunch time. They also don't answer the phone when you are trying to make an order before the kitchen closes.
It's a real shame as there food is lovely however there service and communication is disgraceful.

The food and coffee are amazing and the staff as so friendly. We've been back many times and they're totally consistent. I highly recommend Holy Egg.
Honestly, save yourself the time/money/frustration and just go to maccas...
Waited 30m for coffees and 60m for a croissant (didn't need cooking) which they messed up (gave an almond instead of plain) and a bacon/egg/cheese roll that was missing the bacon!
I'd gone to the kitchen twice to firstly remind them that our order hadn't been fulfilled (30m in), and secondly because I spotted the baconless egg roll sitting out waiting to be served on the bench for 5m (60m in). They offered to cook and add the bacon but that would've meant the rest of my food would be cold as it sat out, plus I'd then have to wait however long extra on top of my already hour wait.
The only seats available were covered in the old dishes of the last people who ate there, and the inside area was super hot/muggy.
How a cafe can bugger up 2 coffees, a plain croissant, and a bacon/egg roll, to this degree, has me absolutely baffled.

Nice seeing a cafe open on the weekend in this area of Southport. ☕ Coffee is on point and made to perfection. Scrambled eggs on 🥐 croissant was nice. My partner had the avo and feta. Just needed some lemon and for the sourdough to be toasted.

Nice and tiny place located in southport central towers. Service not the best because staff need to be more kind, I think they just care about regulars customers. The Almond Croissant was lovely, the Iced Chai Latte really average.
An impromptu find in the end due to fire emergency evacuation in the building we were in!
The team at Holy Egg did a great job with the influx of people for coffees and breakfast and were friendly and smiling the whole time 👍😁
With quick table service and turnaround the coffees were great, the pastries yum and the eggs Benny got the tick of approval!

The worst brunch in GC. I ordered a hash bunny, but they can't even make the poached eggs right! And the portion size is so small! Really disappointed. Will never go back.
