We got some late-night snack, delivery was quick and efficient. The food was good not great (was a little bland)
Vegan nuggets tasted good with the mustard dip.

Having a very nightmare experience with a gluten allergy with my family and sickness. We got a refund for that order thank you - but somehow another order was placed (not by me) for 91$ and Uber is saying it’s not refundable! Please help and resolve and remedy this. I never placed another order after this and am being scammed out of 91$ for nothing… nothing was made or sent to me last night. I was at work and noticed a charge on my credit card. Thanks for any help! Used to be my go to place…

Husband and I are pescatarian and we ordered the thin crust veggie korma pizza. It was absolutely fantastic for a pizza chain! The kids love Panago and would walk on broken glass to get some. We don’t cook them meat at home so they get meat pizzas and we get many “thank you” comments.

This is my favorite pizza, and I have no complaints about the taste. It's delicious but not healthy, with lots of MSG in it. You know, typical fast food quality, which is what Panago offers. The issue is mainly the store and its cleanliness. If I'm not mistaken, this store is located in a first-world country and in a nice neighborhood. However, I would like the owner to ask himself how clean his store should be. Their washroom is a joke. The soap dispenser nozzle is basically on the sink, and the door hinge is broken and will soon fall on someone's head. The floor is covered with tissues.

Stopped ordering at this location because of how cheap they are. Like what kind of a pizza is this? 🤣

It's the worstest service ever and on top of that the girls who prepared the pizza do not put gloves. I asked why you don't put gloves when you make pizza, she said she washed the hands which is a lie. This place should be closed!

My recent visit to Port Moody branch was disappointing. Despite paying a tip, the service was terrible. Extra charges for tomato sauce were unexpected, and basic amenities like napkins and seating were lacking. No garbage bins made the dining area messy. Overall, a disappointing experience.
