When I found myself in need of a sanitary pad, she didn’t hesitate to help, showing incredible kindness and understanding. It’s not just about the coffee; it’s about the people who make the experience special. Thank you, Starbucks, for fostering an environment where employees feel empowered to go the extra mile for their customers. Her compassion truly made a difference, and I am deeply appreciative!

Amazing coffee and even more amazing customer service by the entire staff who is extremely friendly and warm. Shahbaaz has been making me the perfect coffee with jaggery !! Sushant as well, who makes sure ur coffee is perfect or offers a replacement !!

Starbucks employees are trained to increase the cost of your order. I ordered 2 lattes, each costing 210 rupees. With a 5% tax, that's an additional 200 rupees each. After a 20% discount for TCS employees, the cost per latte should be 160 rupees. So, for 2 lattes, it should total 320 rupees. However, they are asking for 420 rupees. Please double-check your bill at Starbucks. It seems they may be overcharging and using confusing language. We visit Starbucks to relax and hang out with friends, but it seems they are not accurately pricing items. The staff also appears to lack sufficient education in these matters.

A must place to try for Coffee lovers when visiting Goregaon Oberoi mall...also to add service by Starbuck staff members staff Zia and Bilquess was excellent 👏 🧋☕️🍰

If Starbucks is your 3 place after home and work … then this one doesn’t make the list . Noisy and cramped , bound to be being In mall . Coffee at Starbucks is pretty standardised so not much to say on that . Service scores a one notch over other outlets . Shopping weary you can chill here

A very good and a popular joint situated inside the oberoi mall at goregaon east. Thr Starbucks is situated on the second floor in oberoi mall. This is reasonably spaced and also has a good seating arrangements for the people who want to dine in. Nice variety of different cafes, frappe and mocktails. One can also opt for a quick bite here. Nice ambience and visitors come here to have a sip of hot coffee and a bite. Overall the place is situated and easily visible to the visitors of the mall and also offers a quick service.
