CAPREIT's new team sucks. Head office, fire these guys. Absolutely atrocious, for anyone looking to rent here, speak to someone in the building. There's a max exodus of current tenants.

Moved into Alto 2 in Nov. 2023. Carlos and his team made the transition smooth, easy and provided informative, speedy answers to my many questions. The building and suites are beautiful and well cared for. Residents are friendly and it seems a very happy, well run and beautiful place to live. Suites are large and reasonably priced. I am very happy with my decision to live here.

Lived here for two years between 2021-2023. Mostly a good experience, very few complaints.
