Boudl Olaya Hotel

Everything is really great except for the car park where they have no dedicated parking area.

Room: The A/C is above the bed directly to the head of the person. During sleeping, which cause sickness and headache and same thing above the couch

Service: they are kicking out the people after 12 noon while some of them came later afternoon, which is not yet 24 hours in the hotel. They said its the policy of all hotels while in fact its not true because I stayed in many hotels they didn't tell me this

I have been in Boudl Olaya for nearly a month and it felt like I was at home. The rooms are clean, spacious depending on your option, and cozy.

But the star of Boudl Olaya are the service staff, they are what made Boudl Special.

Ahmad is very hospitable and helpful, my mother had an injury and he was quick to apply first aid and assure us.

Faisal is a very cooperative person, he goes the extra mile in serving customers with hospitality.

Lolou is a respectful person that greeted us and helped us and was very cooperative in helping us in different topics.

Mona had very warm and welcome interactions with my mother and always greeted her with friendliness, she was respectful and went the extra mile.

Monawar always greets guests with a smile, he is very happy to serve guests in any way he can and the extra mile. He smiles and provides guests with coffee.

Overall, everyone there is friendly and take part in making Boudl Olaya feel more like a home rather than a hotel.

Well located, lovely staff, very clean and cozy. Highly recommended.

I was planned to stay here for 5 days but I had to leave on my second day beacuse It was so noisy I was not able to sleep I only got like 2 Hours of sleep cus of the other Rooms it sounded like a party all night long. also Food was not good And the service was not the Greatest.
