This may be one of the best doctors in the country. It's easy to contact them and get an appointment or repeat prescriptions. The GPs are good but the ladies on reception are exceptional! Really friendly and they go out of their way to help where they can. Jayni works at reception, in the office and even does a number of nurse tasks such as bloods and injections. She is an amazingly friendly person, covers all her roles well and puts you at ease when you don't do well with needles. A speedy service with smiles all round.

regrettably, my initial encounter with the sheldon practice as a new patient has been unsatisfactory. In late January, I experienced a stroke/tia episode, resulting in a collapse and the loss of both eyesight. following diagnosis and treatment, I was discharged from the hospital on february 8th, armed with prescribed medications and a need for ongoing medical care.

however, complications arose when I received correspondence from my nhs gp indicating that I was being disassociated from their practice due to my changed living circumstances. This necessitated my transition to a new gp closer to my current address, prompting my application to the sheldon practice in late october.

upon reaching out to the sheldon practice for an appointment, I was met with confusion and an apparent absence from their system. despite assuring the receptionist, ms. jainey, of my application and eligibility, I was directed to contact nhs 111 for further assistance.

disappointingly, my call to nhs 111 only compounded the issue. the representative informed me that their service was limited to "assistance" rather than providing actual advice on gp matters. consequently, I find myself in a precarious situation, devoid of medical care despite my urgent need, as indicated by my medical records labeled "home ems."

The glaring question remains: who will address my ongoing prescription needs and ensure timely reordering? The lack of resolution and clarity from both the Sheldon Practice and NHS 111 leaves me feeling vulnerable and neglected in terms of essential medical care.

In conclusion, the lack of coordination and assistance from both the Sheldon Practice and NHS 111 has left me deeply concerned about my medical well-being. Urgent measures must be taken to rectify this situation and provide the necessary support and care that every patient deserves.

Cant rate my drs surgery enough. Always listens always advises the right medical terms. The best drs in sheldon by far. Friendly welcome always. Jeanette

Called to see if they were open as I’ve never called this practice before and was looking to register here, also because Google did not show if the practice was closed so I thought I’d give it a shot. I expected to get to an answering machine or for it to cut out if the practice was closed - It did not. A man picked up the phone asking who was calling and what I wanted, then very condescendingly asked if I knew what day it was like I was a child and was unnecessarily rude to me for simply asking if they were open and then proceeded to put the phone down on me. Made me feel stupid and embarrassed and confronted - needless to say that with this being my first interaction with the surgery it will definitely be my last.

Been with practice 3 years. I have found all staff to be polite and friendly. Stayed open throughout lockdown. Dr Jheeta and other Dr's have always been professional and thorough with my family.

Good doctor's the receptionists are friendly but there is one Receptionist who I think is rude she always snatches sheets of paper from my hands which is rude
