Face to face and telephone appointments available throughout the day, unlike majority surgeries who run out of telephone appointments and face to face appointments by 9:00am. Staff are polite, practice manager is always polite and professional.

Leaving reviews is not my norm, but I felt compelled to share my experience this time. After facing numerous issues at my previous practice, I made the decision to switch to Tudor Practice. Since then, I have not encountered a single problem. I am grateful for my move to Tudor Practice; scheduling appointments is a breeze, and Dr. Rai is an attentive and caring physician, unlike others I have encountered in the past.

This gp is not good or helpful, you have problems and they will not listen or get you treated to medical assistance. They say they have 10mins only for 1 problem? And if your problem is related they don’t want to hear it

EPMP are a team of very caring and friendly medical professionals - just the way they should be. Me and my family have been seeing Dr. Bahia for over 4 years now and are very happy with the kind and 'attention to detail' approach. EPMP also host pediatric specialists which has been very helpful for our little one.

EVENT ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THE Tudor Practice Stockland Green
RECEPTION I have been a registered patient at this GP practice since 2017. Over the past seven years, I have regularly consulted with Dr. Rai, who has shown exemplary understanding of my physical and mental health concerns.
Unfortunately, due to a recent change of address in January 2024, my medical records were closed by the GP practice staff. Despite guidance from NHS representatives that I could maintain my records at Tudor Practice Stockland Green, I encountered repeated obstacles upon each visit. Despite assurances from Ms. Sasha and the manager, the issue persists due to disorganization and lack of coordination among the reception staff.
This recurring problem has caused me considerable stress and discomfort, as I am forced to repeatedly explain my situation during each visit. The lack of organization and understanding from the staff exacerbates my existing anxiety and negatively impacts my overall well-being.
On 23/04/2024, after seeking support from Tudor Practice Stockland Green, I received a shocking message informing me of the closure of my records and my removal from the practice due to being out of the catchment area. This message, delivered without empathy or consideration for my circumstances, further heightened my distress.
Subsequent attempts to resolve the issue with the GP and management were met with dismissiveness and a lack of availability from the designated manager. Even my conversation with Ms. Claire yielded no satisfactory resolution, as she reiterated decisions without addressing my concerns or providing fair justification.
The unfair treatment and lack of professionalism exhibited by the reception staff and management have severely impacted my mental and emotional well-being. I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and address the systemic issues causing distress to patients

Visited this Practice for my Saudi Visa Medical early April, and I must say was a brilliant visit. From the arrival at the reception to meeting Dr Dhillion everything was done professionally and in superb timing. Ms Kaur at Reception was fantastic, Provided great help with sign up and detailed explanations for next steps… will definitely recommend this practice to my peers - thank you :)

I contacted this practice to try to get help regarding my daughter’s care as her own GP was unwilling to help. I received confirmation today that this surgery is willing to help. This means the absolute world as we will no longer need to travel long distance for a very short appointment. Also cuts out the cost of the travel plus my daughter having to miss a full day from her college. I can’t thank Tudor Practice enough for their support.

I normally have no complaints or concerns about this practice however after my appointment this morning I certainly do. The Doctor I had spoken to during a phone consultation was rude & condescending. This Doctor clearly doesn’t know how to communicate appropriately with their patients. It has taken you 5 plus years to complete your degree and to be recognised by the General Medical Council, but you don’t know the basics etiquettes on talking to your patients. I have never in my life been spoken to like that by a medical professional. Do better!

Pharmacy next door saying they gone on break and will be back at 4 currently 1:41 been closed since 1 so they have 3hr break what kind of job gives you 3hr breaks.

Find another GP. I am. Putting people life at risk and not giving patients real consultation. No temperature taking, no ear check, no assessment. Just pushing flu jab on unwell patients. Not a safe practice. The reception feels unskilled and the phone line goes on unable to take the call as soon as it open at 8.30. it's unbelievable and dangerous.

Took my little girl who has been sick for over a week, who’s been having a persistent fever and has been crying her eyes out due to her ears, couldn’t get gp appointment and A&E was 8 hr wait that morning so decided to go private. When she was seen at this practice we were told she’s “fine” and it’s just viral and that her ears seemed fine. Feeling in my gut something was not right we finally got an appointment at an urgent care centre that evening, the doctor there was not dismissive and very thorough, she informed us that my daughter does have an ear infection (middle ear) which the “doctor” at the Edgbaston private medical practice failed to notice. A day on antibiotics and my daughter is already looking so much better.

Two weeks ago I got two pre booked appointments for next day,
I got blocked duct and it turned into abscess so this time I had to do review check up and there is another lumps so I wanted to have check up as soon as possible , I don’t want another abscess situation, but this time I didn’t get pre booked appointment,
Receptionist told me they don’t do pre booked appointment , if you guys can’t do pre booked appointments then how come I got two pre booked appointment earlier.
And there is one guy mention in review he always get pre booked appointments.

Dr Bahia and his team are professional and welcoming. I got an appointment the same day and the advice given was spot on.
Dr showed a real interest in my problems and did not rush. I felt really at ease and the practice is a credit to Birmingham. Probably the nicest waiting room I’ve sat in.

After moving to Tudor Practice I was a little worried after reading the reviews about the service I would receive, but after my amazing experience this morning with the reception team and the doctors I am happy I made it the move. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and went above and beyond when there was a problem with my previous doctors surgery failing to hand over my records. The doctor took his time during the appointment to make sure my medication was current and available to me.

Since covid this surgery has changed drastically. You cannot make future appointments even though there are a dozen Doctors who are part of the surgery. This surgery is only for the unemployed or the elderly who can attend an appointment within the hour.

I've been with this GP for pretty much my whole life so far (21 years). From my experience of booking myself appointments, I've noticed a few changes in the past few years.
1) The receptionists sometimes come off as rude, both on the phone and in face-to-face conversations.
2) I used to be able to call at any time during the day to pre-book an appointment for another day (it was usually the following week, which was fine by me), which is something they've apparently stopped allowing. It's made it much harder for me to book appointments, because I struggle to get up at 8:30 to book an appointment.
3) I've tried to book an appointment for 1 particular thing by calling in 3-4 times over the past couple of weeks. The first few times, I wasn't able to get any face-to-face appointments at the GP, and they tried to arrange an appointment for me at Greet medical practice. Although, I appreciate the attempt at helping, I do wonder how the appointments got booked so fast within 15 minutes. I finally have an appointment now at the GP, so I hope that goes well.
4) There seems to be a blended approach now with telephone appointments and face-to-face appointments. I think they way it is now is fine. I was able to request a face-to-face appointment and I was given it. I was asked for the reason and I provided it. I know there are other GPs who do not do face-to-face appointments from patient requested. I hope WeatherOak doesn't change to do that as well.

I visited the Birmingham location, which is a few minutes walk from Cathedral Square and Colmore Row. I had a specifically timed appointment but on the day the appointment prior to mine clearly overran, so I was seen a little later than anticipated. This wasn't a problem for me on the day - but if I had been pushed for time it might have been slightly problematic. In terms of the treatment I received during my appointment, this was professional, courteous and thorough and I would recommend the company's services.

We as a family are registered with Limes Medical Centre. We have been using them for many years.
We are very lucky all our family members have good health. We are not dependent on any medication. We try to avoid medication where possible.
So I don’t think we are classed as frequent users or a pain to the NHS. But getting an appointment out of that surgery or clinic is like getting blood out of a stone. I have experienced nothing like this. If you ever need one it’s like you have to beg.
If you need a GP & are thinking of registering, my advice to you would be to try others first. Use this as last resort.

Gave my blood test approximately 4 weeks back, report isn't back yet! Every time I cal, they say, we'll chase it up for you, but they don't. Rather admit that they have lost my sample/ report!!
God forbid if one had something serious going, I would have been dead by now, waiting for my results!!!

Thank you to all the staff at the practice; The reception and nursing team go out of their way to be polite and professional at all times. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GP!! first of all the ladies that are apparently “receptionists” need to be thrown out for the way they talk to patients registered, no professionalism whatsoever, they talk to you as if there doing some favour for you, even if you call in the morning at half 8 you won’t get through until 9 and then you call your in a queue of 10 people once the so called receptionists answer they tell you there’s no appointments so you either call back tomorrow but I’m my case I was told I’ll get a call back from the doctor before 12 which I didn’t, once I called the surgery back to tell them I hadn’t got a call I was told yes it wasn’t confirmed If I will be getting a call today which basically in other words meant no you won’t, this surgery is so unprofessional full of rude people and no help whatsoever I’m having to change my gp because of this problem and will not recommend this gp to my worst enemy I don’t normally give bad reviews on anything but this surgery is bang out of order pls stay away!!!!!

Tried to get appointment for my child for more than a week. Worst GP ever.

Tried to make an appointment for cervical screening today, phoned at 8.32 and phone lines already at full capacity, didn't even get put on hold, phone cut off, tried again two more times around 40 minutes later, same happened again. Really disappointing that I can't get through to my own surgery.

I have the used for general check up and blood test so far and it has been superb so far.
Booking appointment has been easy for, even getting same day appointments. You do end up on call que( was on call number 22 this morning!) but still managed to get same day appointment.
When I read all the negative reviews here I was worried registering with this GP but has been great so far.

I don’t know why I hadn’t moved to this GP quicker. My last GP surgery was impossible to get hold of to make appt and rude staff and just don’t care.
Victoria Road surgery has provided an absolutely brilliant service. Called and got an appt same day. Credit to its reception staff who are quick and deal with messages left the same day and even call back to update. thank you 😊

First time phoning the Doctors in years and they don’t have any appointments by 8.45am, you’re meant to phone in at 8.30am which I did and I had 11 people in front of me in the waiting system so the call was answered at 8.45am, they then fob you off to Greet Medical Practise which is the last place I’d go for medical attention. The receptionists are really rude and need more training!! It was a much better surgery when Dr Cheema ran the show. The new GP Dr Aliya is about cost cutting, you get a feeling she doesn’t really care about the patients just the money. I would much rather use the badger service after the GP closes.

Always been able to get an appointment. Even when you phone on a Monday morning and your 25th in the queue.

Absolutely brilliant practise. Left my old practise after not being able to get an appointment in 4 months. First day at Victoria road got through and saw doctor,referral letter straight off to hosp, even sent my medication to my pharmacy while awaiting my records.Reception staff are lovely to deal with ,friendly, helpful and polite. This surgery puts other practises to shame, I wish I'd become a patient here years ago. 10/10👌

Excellent service from the Private GP Surgery, as they have been able to provide me with appointments at fairly short notice for blood tests and reports that I have been unable to obtain from my NHS GP due to staffing issues. I also find their prices reasonable compared to other private clinics. Would recommend

I'm very impressed with this GP/Skin Clinic and grateful it's only around the corner from me. Dr Hayer was very nice and listened to my concerns. I was fortunate to be able to get an appointment very quickly. She was very friendly and professional. I will be coming back here for sure. A gem in JQ.

This surgery is useless , been a patient for 6 years . It has got worse with every improvement they bring in ,can never get an appointment waited nearly an hour on phone today from opening to make appointment. Same everytime you ring either appointments gone or on hold for over half hour .No help from receptionists on most enquires, No bookable appointments in advance are ever available, even for those with long chronic conditions no regular contact with a GP / nurse . Pot luck you might get to see or speak to a GP 3/4times in a year about ongoing issues .

My experience with receptionist is horrible. She is very rude all the time. She is not caring at all and don't try to help you or give you advise. She is got some anger issues. To be honest my worst experience in this GP. Can't wait to change it as soon as I can.

This place has had incompetent receptionists for years. They sound half asleep most of the time and lack basic customer service skills. It's a nightmare trying to get an appointment. I finally managed to get a phone appointment after weeks of trying. I was told the GP would call me between 2-3pm, so I planned for my lunch break at this time. The GP calls me at 11am and I ended up missing his call because I was in a meeting. Thankfully I managed to get him to call me back or I would've had to start the process all over again. But it was still ridiculous that he called hours outside the expected call time.
I have to have my medication reviewed every 3 months. I have to go in for a face to face appointment for this, but it's so hard to get an appointment. This is a brilliant surgery. They are professional, dedicated and extremely kind. They will always go the extra mile to cater for your needs. I've never struggled to get an appointment here, even during COVID and I've always been treated with respect. Their staff are very courteous and knowledgeable and the medical team is superb. All in all, I've always felt valuable as a patient here. Thank you Heartlands Surgery.

Belated review regarding a Blood Test I didn't end up getting.The website is far too convoluted with regards to blood tests, as I had planned to get one to help examine my nutritional levels (due to being on a plant based diet). Despite the website coming across as offering a test to help with this, upon arriving it seems that the clinic only offer several tests worth hundreds of pounds in order to deduce that. This was unclearly stated on the site, which ultimately left me £79 out of pocket for a consultation which was essentially "your best bet is to go to the GP and ask them to do the tests". 2 stars because the GP who thankfully didn't end up taking any blood was friendly and had a good demeanour but 1* Service otherwise. This review comes having sent the clinic my complaint through (both personally and through the GP I met) but to no avail other than a seemingly automated response.

I would highly recommend Private GP Surgery. The service from beginning to end was perfect. For the first time in a long while I felt fully heard and understood about my health care concerns and needs. The customer service from the booking process to final treatment was all done with a great timely manner and professionalism. Dr Hayer was compassionate and thorough throughout the consultation and also very knowledgeable !

I came to private GP surgery with my sister not too long ago. The professionalism of the practice and staff was amazing. I had rang other private GP & NHS practices to try and get an urgent appointment but was told theirs a long waiting time. When I rang private GP surgery, Dr Hayer was very accommodating and managed to see us within 24hours. She went over and beyond. The service was immaculate. Would recommend this practice to everyone!

The receptionist is SO RUDE. Dont understand why they work there if they're going to speak to people so badly. The lady kept cutting me off. I called constantly. The lady eventually picked up sighed and cut me off. Every time I call they are always rude. I complained to the practice manager. He checked the call, made excuses and I told him they're always rude. His excuse was, I can only help you with the problem you have today. Like that makes any sense? why are you a manager if you can't resolve or listen? He listened to the previous call and said "you're lucky I checked the call within 4 minutes, other practice managers wouldn't check that quick". Like I'm meant to be lucky for him doing the BARE MINIMUM. they are just so rude honestly.

Great experience.
Booking online was a bit confusing and all over the place but I managed to do it, eventually. The UX(user experience) must be improved.
But once booked, I got to see the doctor, in person, and everything was very professional and well worth the money. Way better than the NHS.

I have been with this surgery for over 20 years. This is my family doctor, I have had problems at the beginning however they have managed to resolve issues such as same day appointments etc, it’s alot better the way the system is running now then before to be honest. 9/10 I’ll get an appointment same day which is really good to know. Also doctor Dadheech and her staff are friendly and polite they really take you seriously if they have to make a referral for the hospital to get investigated and they don’t waste time in prescribing you medication again and again in fact they will refer you on a specialist. They actually listen to their patients suggestions and put things in place and no surgery does that! i.e couldn’t get through to them- they have installed more telephones so every call is answered! Well done and thank you for doing a great job keep up the good work, big shout out to Shelly, Laura, and DR DADHEECHES and their Locum Doctors are brilliant! For those who have said this is the worst surgery I suggest you shop around and trust me you won’t find a surgery like this one!

Awful! Only giving 1 star because there is no option for 0. Booked an online appointment, which the doctor failed to dial into. Rang the clinic and complained and they booked an alternative appointment for me with another doctor, who also failed to dial in to the call. Was then told to try for another appointment later in the day. Gave up in the end. Complete waste of time trying to use the virtual appointments.

I have always had an Excellent Service at Birmingham Heartlands Surgery, and I must emphasise the word, 'Service', because nothing is too much trouble whenever i have had the need to contact them. The receptionists are always very welcoming and both the nurses and doctors have given me every help and service with my particular health issues. I can't Speak highly enough of the service that they give the community.

Reception staff was really helpful. She helped me to set up online app to book appointment with doctors and nurses. Now I can book appointment of my choice on same day or mostly within couple of days. I can see significant improvement in the last one year. The worst GP Surgery ever, the receptionist Ram is the most rude and unreasonable person I have come across. She doesn't know what she is doing and I called to book an appointment from a minute to 3pm, I was number 3 in the queue however it took over 20 minutes for them to connect me. Eventually she answered and acted like an appointment was available, then as soon as she took my details she chose to tell me there
was no appointment available. Horrible service and the staff need training on being empathy

Although I do think the service has improved the female receptionist is letting the team down with her rudeness . They also need to answer the phone because it is near on impossible to get through. The line is not busy and I have observed how they will ignore a ringing phone. I don't have the luxury of popping in when I wish to discuss something or have a query

Dr. Bahia is an excellent GP. I managed to secure a next day appointment for my son and he diagnosed the problem and prescribed medication that worked immediately. There’s plenty of parking outside the surgery and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this surgery and will definitely book again if needed.
