Distinguished amongst the surrounding street food and flashy hipster joints. Traditional family vibes, delicious stewed dishes, plated simply. Red kibbeh was delicious!

This is what people refer to authentic place, in the most positive sense.
Small and stuffed, but with pleasant atmosphere, it is heated and intense, yet we felt welcomed.
Service was friendly and helpful, but we already got exact tips what to order, and the Siske is indeed a special dish worth trying. Small salads as starters were nice, only one thing missing was the option to end with tea (no hot beverages offered, we were informed by the waitress)
Totally recommended, if in the area. Fair price, satisfying portions.

Food is mediocre quality, traditional me'uravim, humus etc. Managed by the son of the original owner who is often there for lunch. Service is slow and not very enthusiastic. Been here a few times recently at the invitation of friends. Always disappointing. Azura has much better food, service and fun staff, and is two minutes walk from here.

Excellent food, really typical, a nice little workers' restaurant. Pleasant service, great and cozy place.
A reasonable price, medium size portions and a selection of pampering salads that arrived at the table as soon as we sat down. We ate excellent Kuba soup and a mixed stuffed vegi plate, everything was very good.
Highly recommended for those who want to taste local food and tasty

Authentic Iraqian food at Mahane Yehuda market in Jerusalem.

authentic restaurant place near Ben Yehuda Market in Jerusalem. Tasty food with good pricing. Personally recommend the "kube selek" dish.

Good Iraki/Kurdish restaurant next to Jerusalem market.
Kubbeh is very good! I recommend the Sista one.
Kubbeh soup prices are 38 nis.
The place's design haven't change gor decades, but it is adding to the food authenticity.
It's a eat and leave place, a bit noisy, cannot plan to sit there for hours.
Service is fast and professional.
Great value for money.
Very recommended.
