Other milkteas or teas are good but don't leave as deep and satisfied impression.

Just as I stepped away from the business’s counter with my drink order, it dropped out of my hand onto their footpath and spilled out. They just watched it happen, didn’t offer to clean or replace the drink. They continued to stare as I cleaned their footpath so that no one potentially slips. As I went back to the counter to get another drink they acted like they didn’t just watch it happen, no offers to help clean, replace the drink or anything. Unprofessional and stingy. Will not be coming back here.

I ordered the alpine milk tea with crystal pearls and I’m pleasantly surprised. The milk tea has that oolong tea flavor but is also light & refreshing without tasting diluted/watery and has the right consistency. I drink bubble tea almost everyday and I never really venture out of the places I usually drink from so I didn’t have high expectations for here- but will definitely be back!!

At Tea Struck, there was great service and food. There is one broken table which is a minor issue but on the whole it is good. However, the cups and lids they use are fully paper, which i am not a fan of. Very good overall.

The drinks were okay. Just watch out if you want less ice. They charge EXTRA! 😮

A cute spot for Vietnamese iced coffee and bubble tea to go. Wide range to choose from for reasonable price. Especially like that you can adjust sweetness level for Vietnamese iced coffee instead of pre-made like other places.

Great bubble tea shop on Illawarra Road. My kids love the Brown Sugar milk tea and I enjoy the Yoghurt with rainbow jelly. There is a lot of variety. We will definitely come back to try other flavours. Highly recommended!
