Put some damn pho in my drink?? Only accept vietnamese people. none of them can speak english and too much bhuddism here

The place is very nice! I loved the interior.. soo prettyy.. the service is very quick.. the stuffs are very friendly.. highly recommended!!

They have a big store with plenty of seating area, but they chose to close down 2/3 of the area and make it takeaway only instead. There were 2 or 3 staffs and they are all huddled at the back and nobody is in the reception area nor paying attention to people wanting to order. People that wanna order have to stand around and wait cuz they dont see anybody working.

I go for the product as I love the variety of bubble tea but don't expect much customer service. The last time I went I was standing at the counter while 3 staff members were right in front me chit chatting and didn't even bother acknowledging the fact that I was standing there waiting to take an order.

Always order here everytime I go to Marrickville. Service is quick & the place is tidy & clean.
I was back to basic this time with Royal pearl milktea. Tea here is better than other places. I actually can taste tea, not like other brands, more syrup and flavour, can't taste the actual tea.
Near other shops, very convenient location.

The taste of the sticky brown sugar tea is so good!!! But Poor and bad service, it’s been three times my boyfriend and I go for bubble Tea and always is the same... we went to today Saturday 26/09/2020 at 1:50 pm, to start the lady in the cashier never say good afternoon, hi or something ... her face and expressions are rude like she doesn’t want to help the customers, (whatever... all staff is having this bad expression on their faces, they look like saddened or unhappy idk).
Second, when I always ask for less ice they put more ice than the usual ice they should put, seems like they don’t like when customers ask for a request or something different.
Third, I’m a regular costumer of Gon cha, I consider they have good and tasty teas, for this reason in other branch they offered me to use a member card where I can charge every time I will buy tea and when I will get 10, I can get a free tea. However, today when I use my card the cup stamps number didn’t change... where it’s suppose to change every-time I buy . I explained the lady and she just said I need to wait couple of minutes but nothing changed, I told her again and then she just ignored me. Sorry Gong cha but your service is not good.

The best Gong Cha i've ever been to, period. They have never gotten an order wrong and have now even remembered my order (just like a local cafe would), wonderful experience. To add to that, no other Gong Cha outlet will make the customised drink i prefer and this branch always has the freshest pearls. Very loyal customer now to this branch
