NJ Golden Home Care

This agency needs to be shut down! I believe it is illegal and does not follow the standards and laws in New Jersey! If you love anybody who needs care, please do not use these people! Caregivers are not trained properly! Staff nurse isn’t licensed and never visits the elderly or disabled! My mother was not cared for properly, fell and cracked her head open, bled out, rushed to trauma hospital, while in the care of an untrained caregiver! No accountability from staff! The owner is MIA, knows nothing about my mother falling and nearly dying. She’s 101 years old and nobody from this agency has called to see how she is or take any accountability for what happened to her. As a result of caregiver neglect, I’m not sure my mother will ever return home and certainly will never be the same!
After reporting this horrible place, they responded with a complete lie!! They stated that my mother was by herself when she fell, while the aid was in the bathroom cleaning!!! This is a complete and total, outrageous lie, from these disgusting people!! Below is a picture of my mother’s blood on the pavement!! Also, the text from the aid that my mother fell walking outside!!! Stupid aid wasn’t holding onto my mother and stupidly allowed my mother to wear slippers outside!!! Photos will follow.

Worst company and unprofessional home care ,zero review and less .Don’t follow the good reviews, who supposed to be home maker do Nothing just check in with the new system then sit for Nothing to do Only make personal phone calls , listen to music , watch YouTube , sending Msg and eat from the home !!! They are useless !! My son has food allergy and she bring from her home food to give it to him without asking if he has allergy or not ! My son could die !! And a lot more of None responsibility with camera videos recording !! I have proof !!! This business should be closed and shut down forever and suspend them to work !!!

Never got paid. I did 10 day on in home services 24hrs/10 days and two months worth of work never paid. They committed fraud and have gotten shut down. I hope they get shut down for good.

This home care agency is 10/10! The people there treat their clients with love and respect. They also try to accommodate every of their clients needs. I highly recommend, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

I left CareFinders for this agency on the promise that they would be better. What I found out was far from the truth. My age who left care finders for them never got paid. The people they sent couldn't speak a lick of English or had no business working with an ALS patient who is paralyzed. They never showed up at the agreed upon times. And they lied on multiple occasions. After a week I left and went to another agency who I hope is going to be better and my former carefinder aide is working for this company this new company. They just sent me paperwork that basically says I agree they did a good job and I will never sign it. I think that nj Medicaid should take them off the list of providers.

HHA are absolutely unprofessional. Last minute calls for not coming to the patient. Nobody cares about the patient. Irresponsible personal. Never ever use Nora Agency!

Too many dicrepencies to list. My last comment was deleted as I wanted to be detailed in my dissatisfaction with this agency...It would appear they are ingaged in fraudulent practices. When I called them out on it, they phoned me and advised that I didn't have medical eligibility...my case manager advised that my eligible is in fact, intact ...I will be writing a letter to Trenton...If you have services with this agency, I would recommend seeking services elsewhere, as after they are audited, I am sure they will lose their lisence
