I have never been satisfied with my general practice experience - until I moved to W10 and signed up with Golborne Medical. I have always been able to get an appointment, have always felt heard, and Dr Razak and the team have always resolved any reason for my visit. Most recently, my asthma has been poor - and Dr Razak escalated my concern to a local respiratory specialist - who reviewed my medication and resolved my issues within a month! I wish I had realised sooner as my quality of life has improved drastically.
You can really feel that Dr Razak really cares for the practice as all staff (reception / junior doctors / nurses / practitioners / temps ) are amicable and helpful and truly engage with you as a patient. This is the benchmark to how any practice should be run - with empathy, results driven, and no cut corners via Physicians Assistants. I am very lucky to have found the practice and highly recommend this practice to any locals. I look forward to the expansion to the new building and seeing what Dr R and the team accomplish next.

the receptionist is absolutely vile and having a rude tone of voice and attitude. I asked for the manager and the manager she didn't bother to speak to me in private and insist that her leader receptionist is fine. The receptionist didn't give me her name (blond woman) and she was sitting in the first window of the medical centre and drinking a cup of tea and showing that she doesn't care while I was complaining to her manager about her behaviour. Absolutely Disgraceful!!
Im going to complain to NHS about this kind of manner which gives me so much anxiety and affects my health, I hope the NHS has some answers for me.

I was very pleased with my most recent appointment at the Golborne Medical Centre. Dr Nathan is a very experienced GP. She puts her patients at ease, listens to the concerns raised, and forms the appropriate management plan explaining the rationale.
I was surprised how easy it was to arrange a subsequent visit for blood tests.
I always find the receptionists very friendly and helpful.
Similarly, I have met the same nursing staff on a few occasions and feel that even the most needle phobic patients will be able to forget about the phobia in hands of such a experience/professional team.

If I could give 0 stars I would. If you have special needs or mental health (especially children & young adults) this is NOT the practice for you! Dr Razak has zero mental health/additional needs knowledge. This is made worse by the fact the admin team have no medical training but seem to think they can make medical decisions ..The practice manager Michelle is so rude & unprofessional & seems to make decisions from a place of spite, especially when challenged no matter how politely... this has a knock on effect for Zena & Kelly who normally are so lovely but are rapidly following Michelle's bad example of how not to deal with vulnerable patients. I've been a patient since the days of Dr Dathi & Barbara .. they've took the community spirit/kindness & empathy out of the practice sadly!

The worst GP surgery in West London. Avoid at all costs and find another service that will look after you and those close by you.
My family and I have been apart of this GP surgery since the 1990s and they have failed each and everyone of my family members; my brother, my dad (both now unfortunately no longer with us), my mother and my sister.
The receptionists are rude and uncaring, the Doctors as well as other staff members are all also terrible human beings who lack compassion/understanding and do things out of spite rather than being professional bodies.
This is unacceptable for a GP surgery to be run this way. If I could give this surgery 0 stars I would, they are not even worthy of 1 star.

I have found Dr Razak to be an excellent doctor when you require medical help you always get her or her team who will contact you, she is very professional will always explain everything. Due to the bad press that GP Practices are getting I am happy to say that I have not found any complaints that I can complain about from Dr Razak or the reception staff, I have friends and family who are always complaining about there GP, my experience is the opposite never had any problems with you or your practice.
Dr Razak is a compassionate person who always tries to solve whatever the medical problem is.
Dr Razak please keep up the fantastic service you give to your patients, I am very proud to be your patient.

I would give no stars if I could, not even half a star.
Judging by the reviews, I am not the only one that thinks this practice is a disgrace!
To cut a long story short I tried for a whole week to book a GP appointment for my son who is disabled and has a brain injury and had various issues I needed to discuss with the GP. Including referrals wheelchair application form signed and other forms and a check on his cholesterol and meds.
So I called and Kelly the receptionist said a Dr would get back to me and I explained I needed it on a day that I wasn’t working and she then put me into practice manager (only by name and she is in capable of managing a surgery) Michelle she promised I would get a call back with an appointment for the following Friday within the working days 48hrs
On the Monday I heard nothing so I called again

Thursday
Friday
Still not given an appointment and was spoken to by a very rude, incompetent and disrespectful receptionist team In a most disrespectful way. Who refused to be helpful.

Zina (who called police on me)
I went in there today to get a complaints form, Stacey was on office phone, whilst also browsing on her personal mobile.
Ignored me, then zina came in and I asked her to get the manager and a complaint form she refused both. Saying Michelle was busy. Stacey offered me an A4 piece of paper no official complaints form and no direction to complaints policy.
They then ended up calling police on me.
But they do not actually know what they have done now and for the sake of a call and a complaints form I will be taking this as far as it can go and will be suing them.
Managed to get complaint form through the police who also went back into surgery and gave it to Michelle.
I have 2 witnesses who were also disgusted. Next step PALS and if I am not happy Ombudsman.
I am registering my son at a much better surgery up the road as Dr Razac doesn’t give a hoot about patient care and receptionists are disgusting!
Stay away from this surgery!

No wonder they have warnings on the phone and wall in surgery warning about untoward behaviour probably because they
Have had so many unhappy patients as they are utterly incompetent.
