I am with this practice since 2019 and they always been nice and taken care of me and my panic attack related my health.

Always really prompt with responses from all staff and friendly. I just received travel vaccination advice from Moji who was really friendly and knowledgeable with her advice. Very impressed with this
I found Dr Tewari very kind and full of great tips. Dr Gangola equally a lovely doctor!
Been with this gp for about 3 years now. Always felt heard and taken care off. 4 stars bc i never see the same doctor, which I find annoying and the message on the phone is soooo long and then I have to wait in the queue :/ going through the online form is more efficient.
It happened twice so leaving a review would be beneficial for everyone.
It’s strongly recommended to have a phone call to reception and confirm your appointment before commuting to the surgery. System double booked the same slot and unfortunately the reception neither took any responsibility for crisis management nor offered a fair resolution. Only advice was booking another appointment for another day which is quite disappointing.
Please call the surgery before attending to your appointment to avoid frustration & time waste.

Always helpful, and with clear instructions. The nicest GP receptionist I have ever come across! Despite the 2 minute long message when you call, I have rarely waited for an appointment when I really wasn’t well. I like the online form for when I have a quick query or a annual prescription to pick up.
Two months for a face to face appointment. They manage to miss it twice after two months of waiting. I have always to start explaining everything all over again. I have never seen the same doctor twice and they seem simply not to care. After 5 years of painkillers, unable to walk properly I still don't know what's going on and I feel like I got no substantial help so far. My mistrust reached a point of no return, their lack of care is offending. I'm fundrising to go to private healthcare.
