Preston Park Apartments

We had a problem with the light switch in the bathroom. I put it in the online maintenance website at night and they sent someone over the next morning. He checked everything out, found the problem and fixed it within an hour. We were extremely pleased with all of it. He was very courteous and professional.

They are samers, the person seat in front office her name is HELEN , she act very nice but she is a scamer , they would never return your deposit and fees they plaing game submitting your documents late , apartment is very bad noises,small , dont waste your money here

THEY ARE VERY RUDE , If you have issues forget about they will never solve , land lord Suzan is very rude she just try to take your money away , they should be shout down for scamming

Terrible place , I couldn’t even stay 20 day , apartments smells and very small, don’t waste your money here, Lady on front desk is a scammer , she will do everything to still your money as fee , would never refund although she says it is refundable

I was thinking of moving to this complex after couple of visits to my friend there,but the manager was soooo rude and even threatened me by towing my car after I went to talk to her at the office.
I would never go back to that place and apartments are soo old and stairs need power washing .

Worst experience ever,she towed my car and my relatives cars for small scratches on the outside body of the cars.
Landlord is also so rude and has an unbearable attitude.
My ac controller got stolen at the last week of my staying at that apartment.
Also very old apartments and bad neighbourhood .

Lived in this complex for 5 years and dealt with very unfriendly and hostile management. My neighbors and community where great! However, dealth with apartment managers who lost rent checks, discriminated against and applied fees to me others weren’t subject to. Also, NEVER returned my deposit. Even though I cleaned out the last apartment and had no damage. Definitely glad to be away from such mismanagement!
