Been here for five years and have been grateful for the help from Nallely, Lila, and Alyssa for the past few months; they’re doing a great job managing the complex and being available and transparent when necessary :)

Lived here about a year ago, this place is terrible! Office people are absolutely horrid, they do the bare minimum to help you out with any matter. They make you sign a waiver acknowledging ABESTOS within the walls (known to cause LUNG CANCER). Community is filled with a bunch of degenerates from god knows where (NOT THE USA), and is the reason the complex gets away with all this stuff. This place needs to be investigated ASAP! STAY AWAY!

Started living here about 2 years ago and it was great. Within the past 6 months roaches have infested the entire complex and the leasing office does nothing to help. The mailboxes have been repeatedly broken and mail stolen for the past 2 months. The complex has done nothing to stop this other than fixing what was damaged and adding some cheap extra locks. No cameras installed, no other preventative measures, and are refusing to compensate anyone for missing mail. Benches and other installations are sitting broken with no repairs for weeks and can be considered dangerous for kids and pets to be around. Absolutely do not recommend living here. Whatever changed with management recently needs to undone because this used to be a half decent place to live.

From the leasing office 😉.This is just a reminder that our community does actively tow cars that are not in compliance within myvipparking for residents and register2park for guests.
We give one parking permit (via MyVIPParking) per leaseholder. If you get a temporary rental car you MUST update within MyVIPParking before parking in any space that is not labeled visitor. Any car without proper registration within MyVIP, which is parked in a non-visitor parking space is at risk of being TOWED. If you change vehicles, you must update within MyVIPParking. Reserved parking is $30 each month for leaseholders with more than 1 vehicle each month, and you can request one by calling or emailing the office.
Even if you are a resident, if you park in Guests Parking, YOU MUST REGISTER AS A GUEST. Your VEHICLE will be TOWED if not REGISTERED.

Absolutely unliveable conditions in these apartments. ROACH CITY. They will try to squeeze every dime out of you in excess fees for literally anything but the roaches are the only living things reaping any benefits here. Structural damage that is painted over which contributes to pests. Maintenance and leasing office does little to nothing to address issues. They will lie through their teeth in replies to these reviews about their efforts despite actual accounts from real residents contradicting all of their claims. Please avoid this place like the plague.

There are a LOT of reasons that living here was an awful experience, including shoddy maintenance “repairs,” roaches, and horrendous customer service. However, the worst part was dealing with the employee named Jasmine. Other employees were at least nice (if unhelpful), but every time I walked into the office and saw Jasmine’s face my heart sank. She’s got to be the most dense, rude, and condescending person I have ever encountered. She is so painfully and obviously insecure that she projects her unhappiness onto everyone that has the misfortune of dealing with her. Once, when we hadn’t had hot water for going on 5 days, I came to ask if there was an estimated repair date and I couldn’t even finish my question before she rolled her eyes and snapped “file an insurance claim, I can’t help you.” I guess she assumed my pipe had burst when I was actually asking about hot water…that’s just one of countless negative interactions I had with her over the time I lived here. One of the best parts of buying a home and leaving this dump will be never having to interact with her ever again :) Oh, they also charged me $35 for a “gate card” that they never asked for when keys were returned, and no mention of it was made on the move out documents. Speaking of ridiculous charges, you’re required to clean the unit thoroughly upon move out, but they also charge a mandatory $75 “cleaning fee.” This place is absolutely awful and I am so incredibly glad to be gone. TRUST THE REVIEWS and avoid Century Park at all costs, but especially avoid Jasmine, because dealing with her was actually more unpleasant than constantly finding roaches in my bathroom.

READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE CONSIDERING THESE APARTMENTS
I lived at Century Park apartments for one year and it was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had or even heard of at an apartment complex. There are roaches EVERYWHERE. The infestation is completely unmanageable and the complex is aware and is still letting people move in to these infested units. They will happily charge a monthly pest control fee and the “pest control” services that do absolutely nothing because roaches are living behind holes and gaps between cabinets and other unreachable areas. The final straw was when I looked in my pantry to find roaches crawling all over my food and when calling the office they told me I could stop by for a roach trap that they keep on hand in the office just to call back minutes later to say they were out of traps. On top of that, this complex will try to milk every penny out of you, for example my registration sticker was out one week and while waiting for my new sticker in the mail, I found a tow notice on my car and when calling the office they told me there was nothing they could do about it. They are also happy to charge a monthly amenity fee while the laundry units are always broken, I even had hundreds of dollars worth of clothes shredded up in a dryer at the complex. Please trust the reviews and avoid these apartments at absolutely all costs. They should be torn down.
