The worst Hotel ever! Never go there! It has to have one star max!

The rooms smelt aweful. We requested clean up on the second day, they never came. The AC kept going out in summer which is an absolute nightmare. Room service took forever. The hot water was unreliable. The corridors stink and are unbearably hot. The breakfast was unhygenic and inadequate. The only good aspect of this hotel is its location. Other than that it is terrible. Would not recommend it to anybody.

one of worst hotels i have ever seen. dirty sheets, no fresh wipes, no room cleaning, and you have to wait about 10 minutes every time you wanna use elevator.
also the shower was shooting inside the toilet so you had to either stay on toilet or hold it all the time.

Horrible hotel. I wouldn't even rate it a 2 star hotel. The rooms had a really bad odor including the corridors. Lobby looks amazing compared to the horrible rooms. Lifts were broken down. When told my son had asthma and the smell in the rooms will trigger his asthma they didnt even bother offer to do anything about it. Overall worst experience ever. Never again

The room has bad odor all the time

A terrible experience, not even a 2-star hotel. No WiFi in the rooms. The room is very basic. Breakfast is horrible. Towels are thin like paper. We had only two towels and had to use for face and body (shower) the same towel. Very poor hygiene. No toilet paper in bathroom. A complete waste of money! Never again.

Checking in was a disaster, the staff repeatedly told me that I haven't reserved a room, even though I reserved a room a night before my arrival to Kish. I had to get in contact with the organisation that helped me book a room, and at last I managed to get into my room after that horrible ordeal. I stood for at least 2 hours at the check in desk, and once I went into my room I was shook. The place was in a mess, everything was dirty and not up to standard. The restaurant was also in a disgusting state, the lights were broken and flickering. It was also very small and the atmosphere was dry. Overall a very bad hotel, I do not recommend
