Worst city ever visited, my car was booted i paid 120 fine to get it free, told security officer that I paid by text, told me it was another parking company... downtown parking is a big mess, lots of homeless people begging for money,streets in bad shape....never come back
WASTE OF MONEY! Booked the Elite City tour as recommended by Keith and it was a waste of $100 (two people). The tour was lead by Tony and he shared minimal history about the city and its areas. He was more focused on random pop culture, meaningless facts and cracking jokes than educating us on the history of the city. I don’t often pay for tours and this is exactly why. Really depends on who you get. If you’re willing to take a chance only do the tour if Henry is leading.
One can only feel mislead and deliberately duped when purchasing a Swamp boat tour here.
Firstly, this is not a tourist information office, its tour sales shop.
I had what only could be described a disingenuous and unprofessional interaction here
This Tour booking company took a booking deposit for 16 people when there were only 12 taking part. Unfortunately, this only came to light after our Swamp boat tour. When questioned the company refused to return $120.
Their staff’s justification was "it only an extra $10 per person".
When challenged with the company’s management. They insisted we requested a 16seater boat.....
bizarre! because the actual boat we took the tour on could only accommodate 12 people maximum.
Strongly recommend booking activity directly with vendor.

I Rented a scooter for the day while visiting last month, great riding experience, however I have still yet to receive my security deposit back. The guy swiped $150 charged to my card and they said it would only be a hold for 24hrs. It's been 3 weeks and no reachable number to resolve the issue. Very upsetting and frustrating! My bank is insisting that I resolve it with the merchant and there is no active number to reach out ..
The ghost tour with Gabby was a lot of fun. She’s an amazing storyteller born and raised in The French Quarter. So lucky to have had her. Weirdly enough just before the tour my friends and I made some stops along the way because we were drawn to certain areas, and we discovered they were all stops on the tour. Spooky!
Went here a little later then I should have when visiting new orleans. Next time I go somewhere with a bunch of tours I will be sure to check out something like this on day 1. However they were still really helpful and gave us a ton of tips on what we should do for the rest of our stay. This place also rents out mini scooters that's are cool and not to expensive.
Walked in to ask a question and walked out with an elite tour of the city. They were friendly and willing to answer any question we had. We had Henry as our tour guide and driver. He was AWESOME! He even had the teenagers engaged and learning about New Orleans. Thanks guys!
