Wong on Yu Dr

How I wish I could leave negative stars. I have no problem with Dr.Wong himself, he gets the job done. However the receptionist here is possibly the worst human being I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. She does not care about your wellbeing and has absolutely no respect for others. I was scolded on the phone for reasons beyond my control, she did not let me speak and let me explain myself, and to top it off she abruptly hung up on me. Do yourself a pleasure and avoid this place at all costs. I'd choose to have no family doctor, if it meant I'd never have to interact with her again.

I would give NEGATIVE stars of that was possible. I used to see Dr. Wong a long time ago, and I'm so glad I changed doctors. Dr. Wong and his receptionist don't understand that providing basic customer service goes a long way.

I'm not sure why we make an appointment since they are never on schedule, and the wait times are horrendous.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR AT ALL COSTS. Visit a walk-in clinic instead, and you won't regret it.

The secretary aka the Dr's wife seriously needs help. She is very sick she probably doesn't know. The way she treated her husband's patients is terrible. She should never work in health care due to her lack of empathy and professionalism.

Dr Wong is one of the most knowledgeable sympathetic caring doctors I have ever met. She sincerely interested in helping the patient with their concerns. She is one of the first doctors that not dodge the issues in female related health care and she is very up to date in treatment options available to women. She was totally refreshing and intelligent and a doctor you can trust to keep you well. All I can say is many thanks.

I would give ZERO stars if I could! This place is horrible, they called for my grandmother which is old to come to the appointment on time meanwhile they still have clients outside waiting since 45 minutes ago!!! Not to mention the staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. All the other review under this doctor is true and I heavily recommend not coming here.

Doctor's wife acting as the reception, she is so rude and impolite, treat the patients as dirt. Calling and talking to her , will make you so mad and meaningless. She is not helping any people at all. I do not want to see this doctor any more, even I cannot find any family doctor. So many terrible review. Is Dr. Wong will try to improve their service, get a nice reception to help all the patients. The rating should be ( -10 stars) not 1 star. Terrible Services.

. I WOULd give u ZERO STARS if i can. I have never seen a wife of a gp so unprofessional in my life. Called to confirm my grandmas appt for the following day, scolded at me for 5 minutes advising our family should know the time. How she is so busy managing a clinic and has no time to flip a page and tell me a time, and hung up on me. I feel so sorry whoever has to call this office. Driving away all her husbands clients. Sad thing is my family has been going to dr. Wongs office for over 20 years, and now everyone cannot stand this woman. I pity you mrs. Wong. I hope you don’t take your personal attitude and high horse attitude out on your patients. People are calling because they need u as a health practitioner. Don’t go to this clinic, dont send your friends and most importantly dont send your family. No one needs to deal with that type of condescending attitude.
