THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I placed an order at the Robson St. store to be shipped to my address, only to find out the next day that the cashier had entered the wrong shipping address. When I called the store, they did nothing to help and told me to contact customer service instead. I called customer service multiple times, spending over an hour in total on hold, and still couldn’t speak to an agent! I don't understand why I have to waste my time and energy fixing the mistake they made. I will never shop at Footlocker again!

Really got a worst experience I the store
I went to purchase some Hoodies
I got one and they have charged 2 times for the same one I dint notice it
I was in hurry
Because I work in ship my ship was abt to sail
Aftr coming to my ship was just going through my bill then I noticed I was charged more
Trusting them and going back to buy things but they are doing lik this
And even the customer care is not giving proper response they are saying u shld take care of ur own u shld talk with the shop staff and my financial institution
I work in ship how will I goo back to the shop for this really worst thing it’s my money 100$

The Asian female staff with glasses and black hair is RUDE
Her teammate forgot to give us a bag we PAID for, but he was busy with other customers so we politely asked her for the bag WITH our receipt. She just tossed the bag our way after checking the receipt without even looking at us.
They weren’t busy. No lineups. She was fixing shoes boxes at the cashier counter. If she didn’t want to help customers then she should have stayed at the back.

Ordered shoes on their website and paid ~$20 for their 2-business-day delivery to make sure the shoes would arrive before my backpacking trip.
It's been a week and no shoes in sight. Delivery is currently scheduled for next week, exactly 10 days after shipping. Very disappointed by this "premium" delivery service.
Only thing that Foot Locker did (after I contacted their support myself) was to refund my shipping fee. I did not receive any apology, store credit nor discount for the inconvenience.
Do not use their paid delivery service, it's not reliable.

Daniel was super nice and the most helpful person! Super kind and knowledgeable. My only issue was the girl at till took well over 10 mins to ring me up as she was repeatedly typing the wrong thing in the computer which made it difficult for me to check out. Props to Daniel! Thank you for your help :)

I want to give a well deserved 5 star to Steban the store manager of Foot Locker Robson St. Who showed empathy and helped me with right away,
Unfortunately recently we had a fire incident which led to damage to my brand new Salomon, and he helped me to get a store credit, and what touched me is that, he ask me to make sure nothing serious happened to my family or home.
Keep up the good work Steban and congrats for having such a kind heart🙏🏼

Large store with various choices. The first floor is for kids and women. Upstair is for men. I like Nike Air and Jordan sneakers, will keep update their latest designs.
For now, it’s much easier to find more fantastic models in South Korea. If you go to Korea anyway, you’d feel nothing exciting here.
The staffs and atmosphere here were great.
