No card payment available for vacuum…
Ordering from this station is awful. They accept but never fulfill. I have things accepted and on thier way but only to be cancelled after a long time waiting. I have flagged this with Uber and Deliveroo. Happens too many times to just be an oversize.
When are you going to take responsibility for the bulk theft that’s regularly occurring. Ignoring it will only cause a bigger problem. Staying away until this is addressed
The EV charging never works at this station and many other stations around London! And you expect people to switch to EV cars when you can't simplify provide reliable charging stations. It has been like like from the very beginning with BP Pulse. The most unreliable multi-million dollar company to go to and charge your car. Shame on BP!
The guys working the graveyard shift are exceptionally great at customer service. Please do what you can to keep them. They are great!!!
Avoid this place at all costs. I work nights went in to grab some hot food and drink.at around 3am it waS -1 outside Was berated at by night time staff for even suggesting they use a bloody microwave to heat up a panini never had a problem with any other m and s in the area that I use FREQUENTLY honestly never write reviews but the language attitude and demena of the staff member really got to me. It couldn't be more obvious that this guy hates his job that much or night work just isn't for him he takes it out on the public that are only there to use this service.
Avoid the car wash like a plague. My husband got his car washed from the auto car centre and it damaged his car. Notified the manager immediately who assured this would be resolved. After numerous emails they declined to resolve the issue. We requested them to have a look at all CcTv evidence of the car before and after the car wash which clearly shows the damage caused. Liars and deceiving customers wont help!!! Should have had read other reviews before going to this place
