Fantastic customer service, gotta give a shoutout to Melvin, supervisor or manager I’m not sure what his position is, but I had a kind of complicated return issue, and had it solved within just a few minutes due to his help, incredibly professional and friendly, definitely an asset

While this Target is in a convenient location, it's disappointing that they are often out of stock on items that are readily available at other Target stores. The store is clean, and the staff is friendly, but the frequent stock issues make it frustrating to shop here regularly. It’s great for quick trips, but I often find myself needing to go to another location to get everything on my list.

Smaller than most targets, conveniently located in the Ballston neighborhood for locals. They closed the registers in the back of the store, which is a bummer because I used to exit that way. But I do like their grocery selection and cosmetics selection.

Convenient location. That's the only reason why it gets 2 stars instead of 1. The registers in the rear of the store have been closed for nearly a year which means you get long lines at the front of the store whenever more than 4 people are checking out. Prices aren't great compared to the Harris Teeter a block away. Several times I've noticed produce/meats on the shelves that were clearly expired. It's fine if you're here for frozen items, shelf stable items, alcohol, or clothing (why would you come here to buy clothes).

Could be nice and convenient, but they need to open the registers in the back of the store.

There's too few up front which can cause huge lines and make the "convenience" aspect of it completely moot.

This begs the question: why even shop here? There's a Harris teeter a couple blocks away that doesn't have this problem AND has much cheaper prices.

Normally, bad reviews just feel petty, but I say this as a genuine safety concern: do not go to this Target alone.

Security officers and workers were following me during my entire visit. I honestly thought I was paranoid until I went to check out and no less than 5 total workers--3 uniformed security guards and 2 or 3 red vested workers--came to monitor me and ask whether certain merchandise (like my umbrella) were mine. When I left, the security officer *followed me out* but never made contact.

I get that security officers have a very important job to do, but they also shouldn't make a customer--who literally did nothing wrong--fear for their well-being.

This Target has seen better days since one of their pristine managers left.

I have always used this Target because of its convenience and the manager that always approached me with joyous customers assistance was Danny. His tenacity for customer service was second to none. Seeing him demonstrate his leadership skills and knowledge around that store really made me upset when that store did not promote him to a bigger role. Danny was the main structural pillars of success at this Target store.
