Quite disappointed the care from health care was missing when my 6 year old nearly wet herself because they refused to let us in as we weren't patients! No humanity so sad

Is there any zero star? Dr is good, but the lady in the reception. I think she is the manager is extremely rude, have no manners and treat you like a third class citizen.

This is very sad that when people need medical assistance the staff intentionally make it hard for you to get the help that you need. I've had receptionists actually lie to me say they have booked appointments for my self to get a call back from the Doctor but the appointments never get honoured even if you have text confirmation that it is booked.
The system they have is really poor even to get a sick note sent to you by email or post is against their procedures.

They have the wrong staff there, to say they have a poor service is very much a understatement.

Doctor and Nurse is good but the rest Of Staff super Rude and Not helpful at all. What ever happens is never a big deal for them to book appointment.
They think they’re the Doctor 🤦🏻‍♀️ and give you advice

Why has the doctor sitting there got an attitude? Yes everyone has a tough day but when you have chosen this line of work then don't give your arsey attitude to those asking for help. Very disappointing!!!

No point of calling them they don’t answer and they only way you can get a call booked is by standing 7.30 am outside the surgery, absolutely ridiculous, the app system was better this is a joke and the doctors are not helpful

Poor service from reception, rediculess waiting time for call backs from doctors. They try their hardess not to do home visit even though patient is bedridden. It as been like this for years,
I would not recommend this doctors surgery.
