VERY POOR SERVICE!!

I don't typically provide ratings for organizations, but I feel compelled to share my experience, particularly for parents seeking clinic-based ABA therapy. Initially, my daughter's experience at this clinic was positive. However, over time, as the clinic expanded its client base rapidly, the quality of service declined significantly. Many RBTs quit due to management issues, leading to frequent session cancellations for our children. This inconsistency is detrimental to our kids' progress and disrupts our routines as parents. Despite attempts to address these concerns internally, the lack of response from the company suggests a need for public attention. It's evident that there's a significant management or policy issue that needs urgent resolution. Unfortunately, due to the lack of alternatives and the clinic's monopoly in the area, parents like myself feel stuck. I urge prospective clients to explore other options until there are tangible improvements in management and culture at this clinic.
