Had a wonderful weekend lunch at Nona Restaurant in Bundoora! A big thank you to Ishika, the friendly front staff member, who welcomed us so warmly and checked in throughout our meal. She truly went above and beyond to make our lunch special.

The chef also deserves huge appreciation—the food was outstanding! Each dish was packed with authentic Sri Lankan flavors, from the perfectly spiced curries to the delicious hoppers and sambols. Also, We tried the fish curry, hoppers, and kottu roti, and each dish was a burst of spices and freshness. The mango lassi was the perfect finishing touch. Highly recommend to anyone craving genuine Sri Lankan cuisine. We’ll definitely be returning soon! It’s clear the chef has mastered the art of Sri Lankan cooking, and we couldn’t get enough. We had a chance to have dinner at Nona’s restaurant after some time. Food was really tasty and with Srilankan authenticity. The girl who served the food was very sweet and polite. Highly recommend for Srilankan authentic food.

Visited Nona with my friends today and tried the crème cheese kothu. The food was good and well-prepared. However, I noticed an issue with the billing. We were charged $93, but our actual order was $83. Unfortunately, I didn't catch this until I got home. For future diners, I'd recommend double checking your bill before paying. Otherwise, the experience was quite enjoyable.

The food was delicious and exactly as we requested. The fish cutlet and fried rice were both amazing. A great place for a tasty meal!

I recently dined at Nona restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The highlight of my meal was their kottu, which was incredibly delicious. The flavors were rich and authentic, making it one of the best kottus I have ever tasted. Highly recommended!

Ordered kottu and a biriyani,
You really need to change the kitchen staff, the food had no taste at all, biriyani was the worst ever . No gravy in the kottu. Said it will be Sri Lankan style roast chicken but received very soggy and oily chicken. Never again sorry
