Friendly staff love the service from maria She's absolutely gorgeous I hope she's single
Small BWS with limited range. Still enough choice to get by, however I find the wine is expensive. Specials are usually good, but there is always a focus on BWS own brands from Pinnacle Wines and other vineyards owned by the Endeavour group.
TERRIBLE CUSTER SERVICE FROM “WILL”
Contacted the store because my order was incomplete
Some to “Will”
His reply to my questions was-
Me- why is my order incomplete?
Will- we don’t have enough stock
Me-why didn’t someone call me? I would’ve chosen an alternative.
Will-I dont know, I’m working at the back today. Surely you’ll get refunded
Me- when will I receive confirmation of a refund?
Will- I don’t know
Me- well can I speak to another staff member?
Will-I’m the only one here
Me-Can I speak to the manager
Will- he’s off today
Me- so you’re the only staff member on duty? And you’re working at the back?
Will- yes
Me- and you don’t know the answer to any of my questions
Will- I don’t
So clearly. Will has no idea what his job is and apparently there’s no one manning the front of the store?
Lazy… terrible service…

Nice and quiet store. The entry is at the back street. Double drive through which is convenient.
Small drive-in wine shop which would be best suited for people who know what to buy before getting out of the car. However because of its small size, there's not much of a selection to choose from. The girl who was attending the store was both helpful and friendly.
The guy working there right now keeps cancelling Uber Eats orders. He did the same yesterday, and it didn’t matter what I ordered.m. So ordered from liquorland instead, but hopefully the manager reads this and looks into it.
Lovely layout, especially the spirits section. Friendly staff and reasonably priced. This store is also a Woolworths collection point for online grocery shopping, so you Vann complete all shopping in one quick visit.
