Was served by the woman in charge and have to say that she needs a lesson on service. Not once was there, can I help you, please or thank you. Usually when one of the young girls serve me you can not fault them. Next time I purchase something from there and if the woman in charge serves me, I will either ask for someone else or walk away

Bought a Lasagne chips and salad and iced coffee. Got a generous amount and all tasted nice even the iced coffee

Haven't been here in years came back as in the area got myself a hot chicken and mayo roll only for it to be microwave chicken heated and dry. And Mayo cold

Very rude young lady talking to her co worker. Got upset when i asked for a Pepsi that I had pay for (she was talking with her friend and I tried to be nice) and there's no extra gravey thats i also payed for. This is a disgrace.if u want chips and gravey go to the fish and chips across the food court

I asked for a simple hotdog with butter and tomato sauce , it arrived covered in MUSTARD !!!!! Then it came back reheated and tasting like CHEWY RUBBER.
WORST HOTDOG I'VE EVER HAD!!!!!
CHOOSE WISELY WHEN EATING at taste of heaven.

my conscience won’t allow me to give 1 star, so I have given 3. the black forest cake was atrocious. i had to chuck it in the bin halfway. my stomach actually hurts. i called them soon after and gave them a feed back, and to their credit, they agreed to check it. having seen the reviews here, poor quality food seems a common issue here.

Absolutely disgusting. Astonishing in the fact that I watched the lady wash all the dirty plates and cuttlery in a bucket at the front counter using 1 rag. Was horrified to see the dishes had not been cleaned properly and they were using them to serve customers food on. As I was eating made me feel so sick this is so unhygienic , contamination is crazy. Overall a complete set up for sickness and food poisoning. Health inspector where are you at ?
