Rude staff and and over charging first time seen any sushi shop charging gor small soy sauce, mannerless staff don't know how to talk

Ordered chicken teriyaki Bento meal for lunch today . Did not enjoy. Will not order from here in future . 😒

Sushi Bento food is daily fresh,good service .ang good quality.

Asked for katsu and they gave us teriyaki because they only had that left.
Have heard then add on charges for things like spices mayo for normal sushi orders that weren’t in the shelves.

Incredibly rude staff. The store had a $10 eftpos minimum. I picked out my sushi and added a couple of ginger sides to it. It came to $9.50. As I was looking for something else to make up the amount the man put a 0.10c soy sauce on top and made me pay 0.40c for nothing. He put it in the eftpos machine so quick I didn’t have time to add it up. Moneys not an issue but it’s the principle. Will not be going back.

Average food, get what ya get for the price. Cold meat, 80% Cooked rice and old sushi

We are very regular customers and buy sushi at least once a week.
Sushi,fresh and tasty with plenty of variety to choose from.
We would award five stars except for the usage of flavour enharncers in the obento's
The owner told us the MSG is in the sauces and that they do not use MSG however the level of usage is far too high for it to be in just the sauces and confirmed with the reaction we experience after eating obento from this outlet.
Portion sizing has improved for the obento selections and excellent portion sizing for the sushi
The food besides the Sushi is not traditional Japanese and prepared which makes the food tasteless
