EXCELLENT! I would give Rackley swimming at Southport more stars if I could. I have been going here for over 6 years now with my three boys. Every teacher has been absolutely wonderful! Two of my boys were very scared of the water to start with but within a few weeks they were loving swimming lessons and swimming under water. I am especially and endlessly grateful to Elisa and Bron for their support, kindness and patience. We will be going here for years to come. I can’t speak highly enough of this team of incredible swimming teachers. Thank you!

I booked the trial class for 8:30 am on Saturday, August 10th. On the same day, I changed the reservation to 9:30 am because my baby is 14 months old and leaving the house for swimming lessons is always complicated and time-consuming. I arrived at 9:15 am for the class and guess what? There was no reservation. It was very disrespectful to receive a confirmation email and not have space for us. But it was good to know that I will not be coming back. I was very disappointed with the service, they didn't even apologize.

We wanted to thank Miss Bron, Eliza, Ra and the entire team at Southport for being so good to us and having such a fun experience at Rackleys while we were living in the Gold Coast. Our daughter loved coming so much. We would go twice a week from when she was 5 months old, and by 11months she was so confident in the water and loved it.
We would do our makeups if we missed classes which was very easy to organise on the online portal.
Was the best experience for our family, and they always welcomed grandparents to come and visit and cheer along

Rackley Southport provides one of the best opportunity for kids to learn to be safe in the water. Their swim programs are also great with amazing instructors like Ms Mattise who makes her very young students feel comfortable around her.

The best swim school! Every staff member has been understanding and helpful and Miss Bron is great! My almost 3yr old started off very scared and didn’t even like getting splashed - 3 lessons in and he’s under the water! It’s been incredible how much progress he’s made in a short amount of time. And when I’ve had to take my 6m old along, the staff have watched him in the pram for me and even taken him out and kept him entertained so I can get in to pool with my other son. The atmosphere is very welcoming, the pool is warm and the smaller sized area makes it less overwhelming for the little ones. Can not speak highly enough of Rackleys Southport. We are very happy after a not so pleasant experience elsewhere.
