I bought a house that was serviced by Sigma 6 months ago. Being proactive, I called as soon as I closed to get the info to set up payment for HOA dues. The property Manager nor Sigma knew that the house actually sold! I'm in the process of buying another house and I need all documentation concerning the HOA dues, mind you I send the HUD to both properties and I still haven't received the welcome package! I called Friday 9/4 at 10:30AM and Monica Busic took my info, told me she would get back to me and here it is 9/8 and still no phone call! I left a VM today. I'm practically begging these people to let me pay my HOA dues!!

Not even sure where to begin with this sham Mgmt company. Rates go up nearly every year yet they do not add any value to our community. We pay $270 a month for two parking spaces, lawn services for a community that is barely big enough to fit into 2 football fields and water. No clubhouse, no pool, no park, and no access to the facilities owned by the neighboring condo community despite years of "a work in progress" agreement. As many other reviewers have said their billing is horrendous and they never answer the phone. First moved into this community in 2014 we had another mgmt company who did news letters and quarterly meetings. No idea how these jokers picked up our contract but they are a con artists in every sense.

I would wish there is negative star as well. This company does not do their job, the lady on the phone was mean and did not want to solve the problem. I also tried to contact the property manager, through every way, but never succeed. I sent him an email, no reply. I called the company and asked the operator to transfer to him, he picked up the phone, answered, and I confirmed it's him, I introduced myself, then he hung up the phone!!!! I called again immediately, no one answered, I left him a message, no response!!!

They need to go out of business a complete rip off. One community they so call manage has nothing, no community center, no gym no pool and TAKE over 200k yearly from the condo communities alone. Are unresponsive and do not respond to owners. I mean if I’m paying you over 3k a year I would expect professionalism and being able to see where I’m spending my monies but i don’t

I am in utter amazement that people here still have a job after ignoring their own customers for weeks upon weeks and then claiming ignorance. Run, don't walk, away from this company. They are useless.

Is there a negative star rating? If so, this company deserves one. Save yourself the aggravation, DO NOT consider hiring this firm to do anything for your community. In 30 years of working with contractors and vendors, I've never encountered a more inept, non-responsive, unprofessional staff from the leadership down to the people that answer the phone.
Just say "no" and keep looking, it will be in your best interest.

This is the absolutely worse place to handle your HOA Services. They take your money each month and do no work on your property. In addition, the bookkeeping is horrendous. They cash your checks then send a notice that you have not paid for last period. The coupons state what month you are paying for, which often goes overlooked. When you call, they say "oh my bad" :( Don't trust this company to run your HOA Services.
