I contacted PMI well over a week ago on a property. No response until I get a message to set up a viewing. 30 Minutes before viewing I get a cancel. Assuming someone else was able to see the property first, even though I was first to respond. No Respect not professional. Do not recommend!

Terry Jackson has been a great property manager to date for our small 10-unit complex in Uptown New Orleans. Online payment of monthy HOA dues is very convenient. The condo developer had the owners dropping a check off into a mailbox in Treme. PMI's payment system is much more civilized!
OMG! these people are AWESOME! they have turned out to be the best management company we have had at Metroview Condominiums in the almost 10 years I've been here.
