Residences at Rio

My family and I have lived here for over a year. Living here has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is really kind and helpful and friendly. The grounds are really well kept and clean and you can tell that pride is been taken in the up keep of the property. Maintenance always responds quickly and is timely. This complex is the perfect place to live. All the amenities you could ever want are here so look no further. If anyone reads this review and is in the market for a new place to move to, look no further than here at the Residence of Rio

We have been living in this apartment from last 2 years. It has great location. The people are friendly and the staff is always willing to assist if you have trouble. I appreciate the kind people around my family. I moved here because of good schools, but I am willing to continue even my son goes to college. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone.

I've been living at At Rio for a few months now and I'll tell you, it was my best choice. It's a quiet place, the maintenance and office staff are always very friendly, and I should also mention that the neighbors are great. And the location is one of my favorite parts of the place, close to everything you need. I recommend this place, if you have any doubts, come and visit, I'm sure you'll like it 😉

I love Rio and it is one of the best places to live in. There are so many amenities within walking distance and to have these within the vicinity of home is definitely a huge aspect of this area. I would highly recommend Rio because there is liveliness and calmness at the same time and that is a very rare balance to have, especially in a residential area!

Living in At Rio has been a very positive experience, a peaceful place, nice and kind people, not to mention that it has the best location you could want. Only positive points, living in At Rio was our best choice. Come and visit and be enchanted yourself, I'm sure you will fall in love with this incredible place.

Residences at Rio has a wonderful location. The office staff is very attentive and the maintenance service is very efficient. I love the pickle ball court and all the amenities. It was a great decision to move here.

I have lived at RIO since October 2020 and I moved in with a 2 month old baby. When I tell you they leasing office made everything so easy… living here has been the most stress free building I’ve ever lived in. I came from the Arlington area to here and it’s great living in the area by the lake but it’s also just as great having such a kind staff. From the maintenance man Chavez who fixes everything within a day or two to the leasing manager Michael, who really sold living here to me (not to mention came to the building on thanksgiving to correct an issue we were having with the door due to updates), to the housekeeping of the building. Imagine living somewhere everyone is friendly, being in the perfect area and having a beautiful view everyday. I don’t have to imagine it because I live that everyday. Even the front desk in the leasing office, Terrance is so friendly and helpful. I’ll be so sad when I’m put on orders and have to leave because I don’t think I’ll ever find somewhere as amazing as This place!
