Bought puma merchandise from here. Didn’t wear right away and months later it didn’t fit. Went to sell it on eBay - new with tags - purchased from the store and the listing was removed saying the item was counterfeit. Never thought this would happen buying from a retail location
They are wonderful staff here.
Wish they give discounts at the checkout but super nice friendly staff!
Good deals. Slim pickings depending on the day. Some days are very crowded and the store itself is small so be aware of that. Check low traffic times online or go during 9-5 on a weekday. Again, prices are so-so.
Customer service was fantastic. I bought a couple pairs of Pumas with matching outfits. These shoes are soooo comfortable perfect for walking, running, or just lounging. And so cute and stylish the prices was so reasonable I will definitely be back.
The service is the best part of this location. Not a Spanish speaker and yet I've become aware of who will and won't accept the truth that people are people and if hiring bilingual employees to just be human you'll retain business. Only complaint is that selection is so small!! And P.S maybe call me and he make a shoe for my girlfriend who finds it hard to find a show of your that fits. She in-between women's and kids...
I had a delightful customer service experience at this store. Crystal, the manager, and Becky, the associate, are wonderful people who help anyone who comes in. They get out from behind the counter and go straight to the customer on the floor to ask if they can be of assistance. To me, who is in a power chair and finds it difficult to rummage through the hangers to find the right price and size, this meant the world to me. I had quite the opposite experience at the Adidas outlet store just a couple of doors down and it posted a review about it but Puma gets all of my business today! They exemplify exceptional customer service and Puma should be proud of their manager and their associate and take note!
