I attended this weekend as part of a stag group. We had fun of course, but there were a number of areas of feedback:
Quad Biking:
Whilst this was enjoyable, the track is remarkably short and slow and was over seemingly really quickly. The safety video shows quad bikes going along a straight pretty fast with warnings not to get too close to the next rider, but in reality you’re all crawling along next to each other like a group of slow ants. Track area is simply not big enough to really enjoy it.
Airsoft
Safety briefing video was impossible to watch as there were too many people in the waiting area and too much noise. There were too many people on the groups and was mixed with adults and 10 year olds which really didn’t help. To add to that, there is no separation between airsoft players and paintballers - they practically use the same field as it’s all so crushed in. The games were haphazard and not explained well enough, as well as being super short. We spent more time in the waiting area than we did playing. The marshalling was overly aggressive too - very confrontational behaviour from ‘Mike’ (I think that was his name). Although a shoutout to Ben (I think) who couldn’t have been more helpful and apologetic for his superior’s behaviour.
Having done airsoft several times before - this was my worst experience of the activity by far from anywhere I have been.
The hire guns were in a terrible state with many not working and nearly all of them misfiring. I lost count of the amount of players that had to stop because of their gun not working.
Very poor communication throughout and a sort of ‘make it up as we go’ type of attitude do organisation.
Overall
This place is trying to do far too many activities with the space they have. It’s far too chaotic with groups from many activities overlapping each other and nothing starting on time or running for the full duration. It smacks of greed - doing whatever they can to get the money in at the sacrifice of the experience for guests.
The aggressive nature of ‘some’ of the staff really dampened the experience for the whole group - a total over the top reaction from one airsoft Marshall resulting in one of our group being threatened with police… for pretty much nothing! Not even allowed to remain in the car park whilst waiting for the rest of the group. A very childish attitude.
I don’t think this is a place I will be going back to or recommending to anyone. It has potential, but needs to scale back the activities on the site or at least do them properly, and a customer care course for ‘some’ of the staff is desperately needed.

Overall a fun day..
BUT.. a little chaotic at times. I can understand the need to cram in as many people as possible in today's climate .
But it does effect the overall enjoyment of the games. Especially airsoft. No real rules. More a just point and shoot fun..
Quad biking .. fun but a small track.. round and round .. could do with a larger area and more varied track..

I believe his name was “Ben”, one of the Marshall’s. Truthfully, he seemed like an absolutely miserable and genuinely unpleasant person, which unfortunately left a sour taste on what otherwise could have been a great experience. He looked bored and uninterested the entire time; making no effort to create a welcoming or fun atmosphere. Not only did Ben openly express his dislike towards us all, but he seemed to get a kick out of shouting at children for seemingly no reason. He had the audacity to claim that all of us were ruining the session, when ironically it was him who was constantly having a go at us, looking utterly disengaged as if he’d been forced to do unpaid labour that day.
Apart from Ben it was okay. Another problem was that each game was extremely short. There was simply not enough time to properly play. The last few minutes warning came just a couple of minutes after the game started. A 2 hour session resulted in a total game time of approximately 30 minutes.
Lastly, the guns themselves were far from perfect, with the trigger either not doing anything, or you having to adjust your magazine every minute.
Unless this was just a one off bad day for Ben, I would personally suggest he looks for alternate employment, as he doesn’t seem to excel in this sort of setting.

Took my partner as part of her birthday weekend, and we both loved this place! The staff were really hopefully and fun, gave help when needed and stood back and allowed us to enjoy the activities when needed. Loved loved the clay shooting, glad we paid for the extra shots, the exploding shots on the air rifles was the best thing ever! Wish we knew you could buy more before going! Axe throwing needs some ground protection, to muddy and wet(for the equipment and those throw in) but otherwise really enjoyed the day and already playing on going back! Really reasonable price!!

We went clay pigeon shooting for my dad's birthday. Had the BEST time!! Our instructor was absolutely brilliant, he was very patient and encouraging. A really good teacher. It was such a buzz obliterating those clay pigeons. I highly recommend it!

While we made the best of it, this was an overall disappointing experience.
Food:
We pre ordered food and it was edible, the pizza was definitely underdone and very doughy, my chicken burger came with no sauce and I had to pay 20p for sauce which was necessary as it was dry as a bone. The beef burgers had been sat for god knows how long in a heat cabinet and then served. Gross.
Drinks were reasonably priced but it was £4 for a jug of juice.
The venue seemed very slap dash, the joists in the ceiling were not screwed in fully which looked dangerous.
The bubble football was a good laugh.
The battle archery was a bit rubbish, most of the arrows were broken, one of my friends cut his hand on some fibreglass on the arrow and the instructor didn’t give a rats behind. When we asked for more arrows (we had fewer the one each) he said yeah we don’t have any and they get broken just the way it is.
The obstacles were screwed down with screw pegs that weren’t right for the ground, they kept coming out causing a major health and safety hazard.
Each activity should be an hour. We were stopped ten minutes early for football so he could ‘set up for the next activity (not my problem) the same for archery but 15 minutes as we had ‘run out of games’

Thanks guys for such a wonderful visit. We visited Bristol Activity Center for Paintball in June during the hot period and as you can imagine it was hard work.
We had 6-7 games of fast paced paintball games, including capture the flag, bomb and TDM.
Pricing of paint and other ammunition was quite expensive although the paint grenade deals are pretty darn good.
The marshals were fantastic and very helpful, the safety side of the place is 10/10.
With hot food and drinks available at the canteen. Don't bring your own food inside policy which is a bit strange. Guessing it's to do with rubbish.
Lots of other things to do at the center including archery, airsoft, zorb balls and more visit their website.
