Enjoyed the best shopping experience at the Jersey Gardens location. Not only were the sales great, the service was exceptional.

Really needed comfortable bra with no wire. Thanks to the amazingly wonderful service by Lily, I ended up buying 6 bra’s and very nice underwear. The professionalism, above and beyond customer service, blew me away.

Highly recommend asking for Lily, she is super amazing, and knows how to measure, and will make your shopping experience super special, like my experience.

Horrible customer service. The recipe clearly states the you can return with in 45 days and they refused to accept the return. They are Thieves, they don’t want to give you your money back or lose a sale. Well now they lost a customer. Not coming back.

I visited this location 5/30/22-Memorial Day. Great Clearance event. I was approached by an employee. She thoroughly looked me over from head to toe while I asked about sizes and availability of knee-hi’s. Awkward Customer service.

I am kind of disappointed that there was barely any men's clothing. All we get is a tiny corner in the back of the store. I am still satisfied with the store, because it was buy one and get one 50% off when I went and literally everything I got was 50% the second item, this made my whole day. Goodbye old underwear! Hello fresh new ones with "FreshIQ" Technology! Nice wicking and drying capabilities!

The service was fine, nothing wild, I mean that store is relatively quiet and I don't expect a party to go on. So I can't blame workers to get bored in the store and lose interest, because I would do whatever I could to stay awake during work hours there!

I will always recommend Hane's men under garments! Very soft and comfortable!

I had one lady who was helping a little bit she got the measurements and was bring my mom back the wrong sizes and I needed assistance also but the other 2 ladies there just didn't care instead of 1 of them asking me if I needed help they just stood there talking to each other they have bad customer service.

Great values ! Mostly for women, but socks, Champion sportswear for guys as well. Worth the trip.

Great store for all sizes. You need patience to look around but the ladies in the store and happy and willing to help. You should be able to find what you want and need.
