Good prices. Usually can find 50% off discounts and some 60% off.
I was disappointed that I had failed to use my GAP bucks. I spent the required amount for the discounts based on price point however, the cashier who may have been the manager on duty, was adamant not to give me the discount, although the expiration date was only a couple of days prior. So I went in specifically to use the discount. Although I am pleased with my purchase, I was not pleased with the decision to not offer the GAP bucks discount.

Kevin that worked on Thurs May 4th was amazing and patient. I found what I needed as per his suggestions. The employees are all great all the time. Management should enforce a uniform like policy...I'm seeing different brands being worn by all three of the cashiers....they are all professional and friendly...BUT of the hoodies brandishes the word HEN with a NY symbol....I pray it's not for Hennesy...which I drink once in a while BUT is not cool AT ALL for the Gap. Sorry...but no.

Gap stores are good. Mainly for our kids . Lots of T-shirt’s and shorts/ jean to pick from . Not many in sale though.. we don’t buy much for adults in GAP showroom…. Good showroom overall. Customer service could be better and billing could be faster ..
The store was beautifully organized and stocked. But the manager who had blonde hair and blue eyes was rude and impatient. We had an item that was on clearance she rang us up and regular price left upset that she didn’t look into the product correctly. Came back to buy the shirt and another cashier rang us up for the clearance price.
She definitely was just trying to push out all the people from the line since it was busy but she just made it a terrible customer experience because she didn’t seem to care or have any value in her work or listened.
The manager should be re-managed.

It is nice for travellers. Brazilians love the clothes with big brand logo. Friendly staff. Some hoodies doesn't have in all sizes.
