The doctors are incompetent and provide medications without actual diagnostics. They also do not provide referrals for specialists when situations are out of their scope of practice. They're putting people at risk rather than dealing with their ailments. Do NOT come to this clinic.

I hate this clinic. Even with a booked appointment, I still have to wait an hour+. Only reason I came here is for my family doctor to changed clinics to this one. I tried to avoid this place like the plague when I can! Worse clinic, mismanaged, and a whole waste of time!

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE! The front desk and doctors are so trashy and unprofessional I cannot even describe how bad they are. We waited more than an hour for our appointment. I don’t even know how unprofessional they are. This is the rudest clinic I have ever seen. If there was a zero star option I would definitely use it. Trust me, you wouldn’t want to experience going there.

If I could give this place half a star I would because they deserve it for how unprofessional and rude the receptionists are but the doctors are good. They are always full when trying to book an appointment they make you ‘walk in’ but there are so many people who line up hours before this place opens your chances of actually seeing a doctor is low. If you’re ever in pain or having medical problems you’re better off waiting in the ER than this because the wait time is basically the same but you’ll get seen by a doctor no matter what in the ER instead of being brushed away because they couldn’t manage the amount of people properly. Some people are able to book appointments which means you have an expected amount of people and an unpredictable amount of people who need to walk in, they should just not be a walk in clinic if it’s this difficult to manage things, and then put out the worst attitude to people who are already not feeling well. From other reviews I’ve seen allegedly people who are not covered by OHIP are priority because they can get money from them. From personal experience, every time I’ve been here the receptionists are rude and unhelpful. I was having an eye infection issue and the receptionist didn’t hear me correctly and yelled “HIV?” In a shocked and offended tone for the whole room. To clarify, no I am not HIV positive thank you, I was trying to explain to her about my eye infection, if she had trouble hearing me or needed a clarification she should have just asked me to repeat myself! If you’re considering going here, if you’re okay with dealing with the rude receptionists, long wait, and potentially not even getting seen by the doctors, go ahead but I’d just turn back now.

Decided to go to this clinic as my family doctor is on vacation. Lined up early in the morning around 7am in order to get an appointment to see the doctor as they only accept certain number of patients for walk in. They open at 8:30am to give appointment to the patients. At the end they told me to go back after 2pm and wait in the clinic. They are giving all the morning appointments to those who doesn’t have OHIP because they need to pay $70 and this clinic wanna earn money for sure.

The Indian receptionist is the rudest person I ever seeen!!! She told me that I have to go to see my family doctor instead and shouldn’t go to their clinic. I would not recommend this place for who is looking for walk in clinic.

Worst walk in clinic in the area. Also this is not a health care place, is it more business like. They give priority for people who doesn't carry health card and paying the fees. Is not even a first come first service. Unethical service. Old lady is very rude as well and was complaining and giving a bad attitude when I was complaining to her. I will never suggest this place to any one even my enimies. Bad place, please avoid it if you not the doctors patient.

The Indian receptionist is the rudest person I ever seeen!! Most of the ppl that I saw at the clinic was Asian she was yelling and giving them attitude and most of them English is not there first language so it takes time for them to understand , this receptionist needs to be fired.
