They forgot I was waiting and nearly 3 hours passed. There was 2 Juan’s so they got us confused and forgot. I was waiting there till I said what was taking so long to take a drug test. Then they were like oh our mistake I am not a pushy person I just assumed they were really busy. Till I started to see everyone ahead of me leaving and hours passed.

This place needs a better system, like video or phone appointments as an option. They cancel your appointment without calling you, have you wait 3 hours to be seen with a scheduled appointment, and sometimes have you wait on the phone for 40 min just to schedule. I’ve been seen by their medical director, who’s agreed that the place needs work. From what I’ve seen, little has been done to resolve the staffing shortage to prevent them from moving at a sloth-like pace. I wish I could switch clinics but unfortunately workers comp won’t allow it.

Staff at this location was amazing! They were so kind when helping me with what I needed. The office was busy despite going early in the morning, but I was still seen within a reasonable amount of time.

The staff was very professional and helpful.. The staff was also very nice. The wait time was less than I excepted and the clinic was clean

The quality of care and concern you will receive from the staff of Concentra is sub-par at best. They operate more like a DMV than a medical facility, and they will make sure you feel about equally as cared for as you do in the DMV. I have been through more than one workers comp case with these people at Concentra and between all of my appointments I can confidently say that they do not care about us. 99% of your appointment will be spent watching your examiner type on a keyboard. Their only goal is to complete charting as quickly as possible so they can move onto the next patient. They will not make eye contact with you nor will they even face your direction. From the moment they enter the room to the moment they exit, they will be typing on a computer and will just prescribe you the same bare minimum that they prescribe everyone, you’re gettin ibuprofen and physical therapy. They don’t even attempt to try to make you feel as if they understand your injury. They almost flaunt how little care they provide you. The physical therapist is the only person who acts like they know what’s going on.

They are always packed. Do not answer the phone in a timely manner. The front desk were polite and kind. It was a lot! I was told I would wait 45 minutes so I could get to work. It took 3 hours! Ask anyone could do was apologize. The TB shot only took 4 minutes and I waited 3 hours. I missed work. I came back to t hand the test read and the front desk did it right away. You cannot hear your name being called outside or in the standing only vestibule. But there is no room to sit or stand in the waiting room. Front desk said they will call your phone. No one ever did. I kept walking back and forth inside to ask if I was called. No one told me I couldn’t hear outside until I asked. They need help here or a bigger facility. They need to answer their phones so I could have made a more informed judgement about time and location of facility to go to. Thank you for your time and consideration.

6 hours for a 10 min exam. I went in for my DOT physical examination and was told it would take 2-4 hours but ended up being over 6. I was told I would be notified via text and would have 5 min to make it back for my appointment which meant I couldn't go anywhere. No appointments could be made because they're technically an urgent care but having to wait 6 hours and not being able to leave was absolutely ridiculous.
On the flip side, the nurse/doctor who saw me was very understanding, nice and made the actual appointment a breeze.
