My stomach and intestines have been in severe pain for a week. I went to see my family doctor and she didn't give me a check-up. My family doctor said i need to endure it and also said she couldn't do anything for me if I felt uncomfortable. she said that will be wasting Canadian medical resources to give me treatment

It was wonderful experience with nurse Melissa😍 She is so kind and helpful. I'm not good at English but she speaks clearly for me.
And she answered me all questions even after consultation.

Chelsey Bruce has been our Family Nurse Practitioner for years and she is amazing. So lucky to have her and the great staff at Pine Tree looking out for our family.

The most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. Been going there for 20 plus years and because I didn’t get mail they sent out they removed me from their practice. No phone call,email nothing. Doctors were fine, staff is the rudest I’ve ever dealt with.

I have been a patient for years, recently I was switched over to a new practioner but was not made aware of any initial appointment needed. I literally had a phone call appointment 3 months ago to refill my antidepressants, I then go to make an appointment today to find out that my file has been deactivated because I didn't not make an appointment with the new prationer by a certain date. I received none of their emails, nor was a mailed a letter... thanks alot pinetree.....

Everytime I make an appointment Doctor Johnny Lee is AT LEAST 30 minutes late . The secretary is rude and the doctor is also usually not helpful or rude.

Dr Christine lee has left me, a senior handicapped patient of many years stranded! All I got was an unanswerable email. I don’t know why her Hippocratic oath has gone from her memory.I am distraught as I have many medical problems! I think that she should be ashamed…as I fully trusted her
