I come here very often, food is outstanding, and staffs are friendly. The Sisig here is to die for, if I don't have to worry about my calories count, I would visit this restaurant every day.

Ordered the pork sisig and it taste burnt, the food was sticking to the hot plate (maybe causing it to burn) when it first arrived. Very unpleasant bitter taste all over the dish. Spoke to the staff to pass it on to the chef. Maybe just unlucky because I think the other tables were fine, but feels like the staff should be more considerate. Everything else was average.

The first thing is noticed was just how polite and hospitable the staff were as they greeted us at the door, seated us down and got us our menus right away.

As we started to eat our food, the chicken adobo smelt exactly like the one my mate’s Filipino mother makes when we’re in the Philippines. The amount of flavour from the chicken is absolutely mouthwatering and delicious

The leche flan was absolutely delicious, every bit had a whole mouthful of flavour and made me crave more after we finished it.

I was a little saddened by the halo halo though, as it didn’t have the Ube ice cream but instead a paste that goes on top, the mixture would’ve been way better if it was to have the actual Ube ice cream mixed in instead of vanilla ice cream.

Food was cooked to perfection, the sigig in particular was really nice. One of the best sisig i have had. Service was okay, staffs took our order then never really followed up with anything.
They also seemed quite eager/attentive to turn around the table as when we finished a dish they would quickly clear it off the table. However, they were not attentive enough to refill the water bottle when it was empty for an extended period of time.
There was also a surcharge on weekend of 5% which was quite surprising and unusual for an asian diner.

Hidden Filipino joint with delicious and authentic cuisine. Price point is a little high but service and atmosphere good. $30pp for a good meal is not horrendous but was expecting better.

Garlic rice: good but have had better. Nothing to complain about though. 7/10

Lechon kawali: superb with excellent flavour and crispiness. Sauce was a bit sweet but matched the saltiness well. Do wish it was better value for money though, 9.5/10

Kare-kare: ox tail was delicious and tender. Sauce though was not the best I've had, could be more aromatic. 8/10

Sisig: crispy, salty and peppery. Never thought liver would taste good but a little heavy and oily. 8.5/10

Good experience.

The spicy sisig was nice. It was very rich, fatty and oily which was great over rice.

The crispy pata was a bit dry but tender and worked well with the vinegar sauce.

The ginataang kalabassa was coconutty but a bit small and too salty.

The garlic fried rice was good.

A hidden gem in chatswood that serves delicious and authentic Filipino food. Servings are big (ordered 2 mains and a side) and couldn't finish both. Good value too. Only down point was that the lights were flickering throughout which was a little off putting. Other than that a great experience and worth exploring.
