Our flight was canceled an hour before the flight was supposed to take off. We were told because the staff "timed out". How was this not known 8 plus hours before? So my wife and I go to the ticket counter with the rest of the entire flight passengers, wait almost 2 hours to get to the counter just for the Frontier employee to tell us the next available flight is 2 days away! The employee seemed just as frustrated as us because they can only do what the computer allows them to. Frontier won't compensate us for the inconvenience and added expense of a hotel room, food, transportation and loss of wages!
In the end we had to pay almost 200 dollars for the next day flight...  THAT THEY DIDN'T SEE ON THEIR END! We found it on our own. Paid for a rental car to travel to a family members house in the middle of the night so we weren't stuck at the airport. Had to pay for dinner that night,  breakfast and lunch on our 6 hour layover because that was the only flight available! So in total almost a thousand dollars between the unexpected added expenses and the loss of wages!

Do get the Wild Pass. By far one of the worst experiences. Customer Service is all over the place and do not follow up.

We were going to Miami on June 25 2023. They canceled the flight I lost 742.00 dollars because of the cancellation. They couldn't rebook or try to get another flight out. The attendants were rude and nasty. Who can I speak to?

Airline's Chatbot canceled my ticket, when I didn't authorize it. I immediately connect to the agent (less 1min after this issue) and asked to fix this mistake, bit nothing. Agent told, sorry, your ticket canceled and your refund will be $0. I was 😲 shocked, what is the point?. I visited airport at the same day and an operator was so indifferent and insisted that this program does everything and nothing can be fixed. I lost my tickets and 100% money since chatbot did something strange and canceled my trip. And any employee in the company was indifferent, as a machine.

Such bad business and indifference to customers. and our family and friends loved this brand so much!

This is such a horrible airline and will be soon looking forward to suing them. They have horrible customer service and it’s only through chat. I payed for insurance in case if I needed to cancel my flights and they did not refund me my money. I have pictures to proof what I’ve payed for and the insurance. Please safe your time and money away from this airline

Went for a job interview, got a job offer. I just hope I can get badged for clearance or else I might have to try reapplying in a couple years when I'll be able to get badged... I liked the way I was treated tho. Very respectable folks here
